Our 3rd service by Evans Air was just a good as the first two. Prompt, very polite and knowledgeable! Noah did a fantastic job chevking all our systems! And was so sweet to make sure my stray cats did not get in the crawl space. Highly recommend!!

Archie, did a great job. Extremely polite and knowledgeable. He gave me several options and was able to take care of my issue.

Exceptional service and fast. Kudos to Katie, Noah, and Michelle. Found the gremlin in my furnace and made quick work of it. Thanks!

We are enrolled in Evans Air Maintenance program.
Techs came and did a thorough review of our machines. Caught an issue with a thermostat. Replaced it, no questions asked. Great job guys and thank you.

An Evans technician came out even when it was icy to fix out system. That was excellent customer service.

I really needed some help but did not want to call a company due to one to many events where a service technician bulldozed through the service forgetting , “ If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!”
You know what they say, “ Your first point/ person of contact sets the stage on what you may be in for!
I called Evan’s Air and Michelle answered and was professional and great from the start! After a few questions, her responses let me know I’d called the right place.
I was scheduled and a service technician representative was here precisely when I was told they would be.
Lauren was absolutely phenomenal! I was and am highly impressed with her work ethic.
I shared a some circumstantial info and let her know I was weary of service technicians and she said “ Ma’am we come to help customers , not harm them!” She went over everything she was going to do, asked me if I had questions and taught me a but I did not know.She was accuracy, before speed, big shout out of respect for that! If she thought she needed a second opinion, she did not hesitate calling her chief to discuss it.
Lauren is beyond capable at performing her task and getting the job done She is small, but she is mighty! Considerate, respectful and kind. I was so impressed I did decide to obtain a annual membership ( what a deal ).
Thank you Lauren, your face can’t lie. You are so wise and knowledgeable ! Thank you Evan’s Air for employing such great people!

Tim came out and serviced our HVAC system that wasn't cooling. He was extremely professional and fast! another company came out and said that we needed a new system without even diagnosing the cause of the problem. Tim was honest and had us up and running in less than an hour.

Archie came out to fix my AC unit and within 10 minutes he had it up and running. He was also here before 8am very prompt. I am completely happy with the service I received. Will definitely use these guys again!

I cannot thank Evans enough for the craftsmanship and quality of their employees. Each of them has gone out of their way to assist in installing 2 brand new A/C units at my home. Any concerns or questions were answered/ resolved quickly and professionally.

I had Service from Evan’s Air services today and the service was great. My technician seemed very knowledgeable and took his time to diagnose each and every problem I had. This company went above and beyond to meet my expectations. Scheduling was very quick and easy. They were on time and very efficient.

I have used Evans Air Service 3 times now for my Central A C unit- July- 2022, August- 2023, and now July, 2025. Each time has been a pleasant experience from the beginning to end. Each time, the company has sent an experienced, professional, friendly technician to diagnose and fix the problem. I have had the technician, Archie, on 2 occasions. He goes right to work, explains what he has done, and has managed to fix the problem immediately. I now am a Service Club Member- this membership has many perks and is reasonably priced . If you need air service, I highly recommend Evans Air Service. Thank you again. So nice to have a cool home again.
