Had Darren at our office in Wilmington fix our HVAC. We’d been struggling for months with our HVAC on our brand new office and had the original company that did the HVAC work stop by several times to fix the issue with no progress. Darren was quick and located the problem after some trouble shooting. Things are now running the way they should be. Very pleased and wished my contractor would have used Darren and his team at the start of our project. Thanks Darren for all your help!

We had a gas unit so Superior Mechanical came and installed a brand new electrical heat and air pump. We love these guys. They are a great company to use. We have used them twice at two different houses. And the guys are awesome.

We've been working with Superior for years and in every instance, they live up to their name! Exceptional service in a timely fashion and while I'm sure all of their technicians are very capable and qualified, Zach Caviness is 1st class!

Have used these folks for years on my rental house. Very pleased. But on the latest job, not so much. Gas was cut off to my mom's house when PNG (Piedmont Nat Gas) meter guy saw meter running. Called Superior.
Not happy with their attempts to address the issue. But, after a meeting with customer service and a review of what happened, they stepped up and will make it right. I can handle a mess up when you step up. I have edited and condensed my original post and look forward to their final fixes.

Zach came to my home this morning stayed 2hours cleaned,checked connections replaced old parts. He left about 11 outside unit stopped working called Superior about 2:30 Zach came back just after 7 fixed the problem he was very polite and knowledgeable he felt bad the unit stopped working it was just a loose wire I would recommend Superior Mechanical to everyone had a great experience with them would definitely call them again

Found out they no longer service homes.
They are commercial only.

Charged $600 to change belt and filter. 96.00 was a vehicle charge to travel 1.7 miles from their office. Owner offered to lower the price drastically if I removed the Google review. Beware of deceptive business practices and price gouging.

This company charges way too much will never use again. They had to come out twice didn't fix the problem that should have been on the first visit. Do yourself a favor call someone else.
