They are professional, honest, and very knowledgeable and always answers my questions and concerns.

I genuinely can’t say enough good things about Morris Heating and Cooling in Reidsville, NC. They went above and beyond for me in every possible way. My AC went out during the middle of a heat wave, and with young kids and a house full of animals, the situation was urgent. These folks treated it like a true priority, coming out four separate times to try and do anything they could to get us air, only charging me a service fee once, and handling the entire warranty claim for the part I needed.

They only charged me for the labor to install it, and even then they’re letting me pay it out because they knew I didn’t have the money up front. They could have easily said no, but instead they showed compassion and real care that you just don’t see often anymore.

Crystal even offered to let me borrow her own portable AC unit to help keep us cool while we waited for the part. Now THAT’S customer service. And Tylan, the tech who fixed everything, was kind, knowledgeable, and didn’t even make a big deal about the hundreds of pet snakes and pet rats in my house. 😂

If you need HVAC help in the area, this is the company to call. Morris Heating and Cooling has absolutely earned my trust and business for life.

He put my unit in 21 years ago, and kept it serviced & since then we have moved and needed our unit replaced at our new house and of course I contacted Morris Heating and Cooling. Last year I needed to replace my central heat and air. I had multiple quotes from big name company’s. All seemed very high to me. When Morris heating and air came out and priced the new unit and install the quote was very reasonable and I went with them. The quality of work was very professional. Told me everything they were doing step by step. Amazing staff. I refer them to all my friends.

Morris is the absolute best! Our church was having issues with the heating unit and we contacted another company first since we had purchased the unit from them several years ago. After waiting a few days and not getting a set time for a technician to come out, I was led to call Morris. Crystal immediately started looking to setup an appointment and the very next morning a technician was at the church. Tylen came out and got everything running exactly how it needed to be. He was very professional and very knowledgeable, a true professional. I will definitely refer anyone I come in contact with that needs help with a heating/cooling system, to Morris. They were truly a blessing for the church!
