The technicians were prompt and on time they got right to work. They did an excellent job diagnosing the problem. They explained what they found in very detailed and ordered the parts that were needed.

We purchased our HVAC from Mitchell almost 3 years ago. This review is for an issue unrelated to their work which, by the way, is excellent. We had a Freon leak in one of the copper pipes attached to the outside blower unit. The leak was inside the wall of our house where the pipe had been damaged either during the installation of a prior unit years ago OR it was stepped on by someone else recently. (See pic.) I called Mitchell and Angelo was at our home within an hour. He diagnosed the problem and came back the next day to repair it. I can’t say enough good things about Angelo’s professionalism, knowledge, and his friendly demeanor. Fantastic job and highly recommended!

Great customer service. Mitchell’s have been handling my HVAC for 20 plus years.

This was my first time using Mitchell Heating & Cooling and I could not be more pleased. I came home from a trip on a Sunday afternoon greeted by water dripping from the ceiling. I called to get myself on the schedule for the week, thinking it would be a few days, but to my surprise Kyle was at my house within an hour. He did fantastic work at a great price. Mitchell Heating & Cooling is my new go-to for all things HVAC. I highly recommend these folks!

The technician talked through every step he went through during the visit. He explained the steps and the parts that he was looking at so that I'd be more knowledgeable about my system. When there was a TINY gap in his knowledge, he gave a senior engineer a call to fill in the gap and give me the best possible service.

He was tidy, thorough, and left with me knowing he did his best possible work!

Terrific on time service on a Saturday afternoon. Jared arrived on site as agreed and immediately began troubleshooting the issues. While listening to all of the symptoms of the problem, Jared also took into account work completed to date that was required to isolate the problem area.

He Focused on what was found to be wrong during his testing and honed in on the next possible cause.

Our system, while dated includes a complex control system. Jerad was able to work around the automation to find the basic cause of the problem….

We will definitely call Mitchel Air again when we need help. Thank You Jared!!!

Outstanding setvice from both the office staff to the technician that came to the house. I purchased the Annual Maintenance plan, which I believe to be very reasonably priced.

We've trusted Mitchell for many years. They're always friendly and provide timely service. We've enjoyed each technician who's visited our home.

Very quick response between calling and the time my unit was up and running again. The technician Jonathan was nice and quick to get the job done.

The service was thorough and professional. The technician was great and explained everything well. The cost was lower than anticipated given the length of time it took to find the underlying issues. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Jonathan was on time and worked quickly to figure out what the problem is. He found that the heat strips were not working correctly but at least got some heat going while we wait for the heat strips to be ordered and received. Only paid for service call today but by time all is taken care of it will be just under $600 total.

From Dennis coming over to give a no pressure competitive quote experience,to Jace and his team undertaking the installation, this is a very professional outfit. They were quick, tidy and we are very pleased with the new system. Finally, the office staff deserve a mention, they are responsive and very polite. A quality experience from beginning to end.

The technician Angelo Coppola was great to work with. He went up and beyond to get the part we needed as fast as possible. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

Steve was excellent. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the heat. He even stuck around to make sure there were no lingering issues. Would recommend them 100%!

Mitchell saved us. Our heating went out on a cold Friday morning. Our regular HVAC contractor was booked and wouldn’t be able to help until Monday. We called Mitchell and they had a tech here by Friday afternoon. He had the problem fixed and the heat back on quickly.

Mitchell Heating and Cooling saved the day with these cold temps and got our upstairs heat working quickly. They originally quoted us 17 days turnaround to get the part in we needed, but went the extra mile and sourced it from another vendor and came back 3 days later.
