These guys were awesome. We needed them to install the electrical for our pool. Warren, Ronnie and Craig did an amazing job making the process exremely smoothe. They went above and beyond. We appreciated their professionalism and it was a pleasure.

They are very busy I had a electrical problem and they were unable to get someone out there for a month .I was recommended to them and they have a great reputation. This company was so nice they gave me a name of another electrician who probably worked for them in the past and he was wonderful .The lady I talked with was so helpful and polite. Glad I called them and highly recommend them very professional people . Will definitely use them when needed .

Great team and service! Scheduling was easy and I believe it was Greg and Jason that came out to take care of some small electric needs. They were kind, efficient, and knew their stuff. Couldn’t say better things about their great service. Highly recommend them!

We hired Tommy Electric for a fairly extensive project at our home — including ceiling fan installations, a new RV outlet, a dedicated circuit for the dishwasher, and new outlets in the basement intended for a treadmill, fridge, and freezer. After one of the GFCI outlets tripped and caused us to lose food in the freezer, I initially believed the issue was due to the outlets not being installed on dedicated circuits, as we had requested.

Tommy Electric responded quickly and professionally. They sent the same crew back out — at no charge — to walk through everything with me. We tested the system by running the treadmill and freezer at full load, and everything held steady. It turns out the issue wasn’t from overloading or improper wiring, but more likely a one-off GFCI trip, possibly due to the treadmill not being used in a while or another fluke.

To be fair, based on my original conversation with the company, those outlets probably should have been on dedicated circuits. That may have been a miscommunication between us, and that’s not something I’m holding against them. What matters more is how they handled it: with professionalism, respect, and a willingness to help troubleshoot even after the job was done.

Their crew went above and beyond when they didn’t have to, and I sincerely appreciate that. They easily could’ve stuck to their original stance, but instead chose to listen, investigate, and make sure I was satisfied. That speaks volumes.

Tommy and Warren — I’d appreciate a quick call so I can take care of my end as well. I know sending a crew back out isn’t free, and since this looks like it came down to miscommunication, I’d like to cover part of that second visit to make things right. You took the high road with how you handled my concerns, and I plan to do the same.

Thanks again to your whole team. I’ll definitely be calling you the next time we need work done.
