Complete house plumbing inspection plus leak repair. Arrived on time, very thorough, personable, excellent work. Have used Comfort First in the past and no interest in using anyone else for both plumbing and HVAC.

After the third maintenance specialist came to my home to investigate my issue (air handler rumble noise, then unit shut down), Comfort First discovered that the issue with my unit was an aging motor than had gone the last mile of the way but was struggling to fight the inevitabl, death! Kyle Topper (Technician CF) came and replaced, the motor. The issue was corrected. While here, Kyle serviced our other two units. Excellent repairman he is. He even offered to change out all filters. I’m sure Comfort First has professional people coming out to homes just like Kyle. Kind, knowledgeable, patient in explaining all of my concerns.Kudos to both Comfort First and Kyle. This team demonstrates good moral character and genuine care for the clients like my wife and I. Every service person from Comfort First that has come resolving the issues that made our home uncomfortable winter and summer have been competent professional experts who serve with kindness. We have a maintenance contract with CF and I must admit they have saved my household thousands of dollars. Kudos my friends, you have been elevated to family. Hats off to those who answer the phones and schedule the appointments. They are totally business, Caring and kind. The Brooks Family Love You Guys‼️

Skilled professional people who do a complete job from analysis to repair. Very impressive technician who are friendly and explain everything to you. The best people I have found in the 15 years I have lived here. they fixed both an air conditioning problem with my upstairs unit and a heating problem with downstairs unit.

Nick F. Stopped in to do are 99 point plumbing inspection. He was very knowledable and through. Offered advice for prolonging our plumbing fixtures and recommendations for simple DIY fixes. Outstanding service and professionalism.

We had one of the plumbers Nick out to help with one of our toilets not working properly and he fixed it in no time and had us back in business. We will be recommending you guys and especially him to anyone else in need of plumbing services. Thank you Nick!

Macie came to our house on a service call today and did an outstanding job. She is very professional and thorough in explaining the work she performed. She is an outstanding representative of your company. If I owned a business I would be happy to have an employee like her working for me. It is also nice to see a female face in a male dominated profession.

Comfort First has been my go to place for my HVAC needs. They are punctual, transparent and best of all-not pushy about their subscribed services. I must mention Ethan in this review. He is a great professional who knows his craft and also is great communicating with. Way to go Ethan and team!

I’m only giving 5 stars because of Ethan Wicker!!

After several service calls (4) about one room in our home not warming up, Ethan Wicker was amazing and made me feel heard!

After 4 technicians coming out, he was the ONLY one to cover his shoes before entering our home with light carpet. May not seem like a lot but it is!!!!

He was considerate and respectful of our home and I didn’t feel like he was trying to fast talk me to move on to the next appointment.

May want to make the covering up of shoes before entering homes to do work mandatory.

Comfort first has been a great company since I called them out back in the spring to provide maintenance on my unit. When I discovered I needed a new unit for my home they gave me a reasonable price for a full installation and warranty.

The men who came out where kind and let me know what was going on with my old unit and explained my new unit to me. Also helped me install the nest I had ordered with the HVAC system.

Over all I am giving them a 5 star review. I didn't feel pressured to make a decision and there were plenty of options for me to choose. I felt as though I got the best deal and truly they put my comfort first.

Johnny and Bill were a delight to work with. They are personable, very knowledgeable and know what they're doing, and they don't waste any time getting right to the repair work or whatever they need to do. They are great representatives for Comfort First!

Dror was quick and efficient and kept me informed the intire process. I appreciate everything Comfort First has done since last year when they installed my new HVAC.

Dustin came out twice to find and repair a faulty part on a newly installed HVAC system. He was very pleasant and determined to find the problem. Found the issue, ordered the part and came back out to install. Very satisfied with the service and feel Dustin is definitely an asset to Comfort First, he represents the company very well. Work was covered under new install warranty.

Taylor is the best technician for HVAC at Comfort Air, Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. I have lived in my home for almost six years, and Taylor has done the best job in repairing my HVAC system. He is a very sweet, respectful, hardworking, honest, and dedicated person I have ever seen out here from your institution to do my repairs. Thank you Taylor, you are the BEST!!!!!!!

Designed and installed a new hvac system including duct work for us. The job was done very quickly at a very fair price. They also came back to insure all parts of the system were working correctly. A few adjustments were made as a result of their follow up. Great service.

Sean and Kyle from the installation team are amazing. They got our new unit installed despite the miserable conditions and probably saved our family from having to find an alternate place to live during this most recent snow storm. Very impressed with both of them! If we have to have another unit installed down the road, I will ask for them.

Parents are in NC, son in Florida worried, and Nick Flesch came into to their home, and took care of the plumbing needs as professional as one could be! Even gave me a call in Florida to assure me all was well, and finished! Thanks Nick. Comfort First Plumbing is the best!

Johnny Whelen was excellent. He arrived quickly, explained the issue clearly, did excellent work and very quickly and sorted our problem out. He represented your company extremely well and we are very pleased that we chose you guys and we had Jonny to come out and help us. 5 stars.

Have used Comfort First on many occasions. This trip was about a drainage issue in our Master Bath. Service request called in and technician was at my house the following day. Jawan was exceptional-very professional and courteous. Situation resolved w/i 15 minutes!

Had them come out for a routine heating maintenance/tune-up. The technician assigned to our job was Fred P. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions about our HVAC system. Overall excellent customer service throughout the whole process. Will definitely continue to use them for routine maintenance and other services needs in the future.

Macie came to fix my HVAC when my heat went out. She was friendly and efficient (and thankfully a dog lover!). New part had to be ordered, so she returned a few days later and double checked the entire system once the part was installed to be sure everything was good and nothing else seemed off. Thanks!
