Emailed FixIt Plumbing in Sanford on a Saturday night requesting them to fix a constantly running toilet, got a reply Sunday (!) and the plumber showed up Monday AM after giving me a 30-minute pre-arrival call. He rebuilt and replaced the toilet innards in about an hour and charged a fair price, compared to what I would have (have paid in the past) in the northern VA suburbs of Washington, DC for similar work. Would definitely call them again in the future for any further plumbing needs.

Was kinda scared having to call a plumber, after calling one already and before the guy came out , he told me it will be around $1200.00 . Called Fix it , they said will start with the small stuff first to make sure it's right . Well Mitchell called 8:30 am and was there before 9am , the gut new exactly what he was doing , he found the problems fast and fixed it fast and gave me advice for what to do in the future. And the price ? Well let's just say I'm having them back for another project.

Hunter and Steve came yesterday to replace our kitchen faucet. They worked very hard to get the old one out and install the new one, but the work they did is greatly appreciated.

shopped around looking for a plumber locally... turns out all our friends and family have used Fix It so we gave them a shot ..they came out within a couple hours and replaced our water heater... amazing work guys.. definitely a company that has taken service serious... Definitely worth the call no bother shopping just call them

These people do the best job! Most outstanding company I’ve ever hired I have had multiple emergencies unfortunately and they have always came through to help anytime I have called. super professional if you have any issues with plumbing this is the company to call!

Called Fix It Plumbing at 9:36am to ask about having a leaking expansion tank replaced. After being asked my availability for the next few days, I was told I would receive a return call as to when someone might come out. Even though this was not an emergency, A serviceman was in the driveway less than an hour later! AND he was able to replace it - no ordering a part And waiting until it comes.

We had Nathan and Cullen come out from Fix It Plumbing to find out what was going on with our Tankless water heater. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They found the problem and fixed it for us. I know nothing about plumbing but when I asked questions, they answered them and that was very helpful for me to understand

Being new to the area, I didn't know who to call to fix my sink and connect my dishwasher. I am glad I called Fix It Plumbing. Neil was just about the nicest guy in the world. He showed me what needed to be done and explained how to do it. When the work was complete, we tested it out together and he answered all my questions. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work and time he spent at my house. I would definitely recommend Fix It Plumbing.

We had a wonderful experience with Fix it Plumbing. They installed a new water heater for us and replaced our main water shut off valve. The staff were professional and friendly. We will most certainly use them in the future.

Our Water heater gave up the ghost Sunday. These guys did a great job gettin my water back on quick. Excellent service. Took great care not to make a bad situation worse by laying down floor covering while working to prevent any further damage from the removal and installation of the tank. Mr Bond and his his colleague were both great!! Highly recommend this company. Holiday weekend and they got us back in hot water!!

Timely service. Originally scheduled as a next day service through my home warranty provider; however, Neil contacted me right away and had his crew on site within an hour. The repairmen quickly fixed the problem and were very friendly and courteous while doing so. Thanks Fix It Plumbing for coming to my rescue!

I could tell you many reasons why I liked my first experience with Fix It Plumbing today, but I'll keep it short and say, Hunter, the lead technician is the reason I will not hesitate to use Fix It Plumbing again. He was professional and competent, and the cost if repair was reasonable.

We had an after hours emergency. We called and someone came out super fast and fixed our issue. He was super nice and their prices were very reasonable. Will definitely use them again.

I had a crack in a good length of my waste water line. Fix-it replaced the full pipe at a rate much lower than another company who was only going to do half. They also replaced my outdoor spigot so I don't take a shower when turning it on. They were professional and prompt. Highly recommended!

Two gentlemen from Fix it Plumbing came to install a hot water heater. They were very nice, informative and respectful. I would recommend them to any one. And a price that was affordable. A job well done.

HIGHLY RECCOMEND! Absolute excellent customer service, fast efficient and friendly. Operate a business where we suddenly had a water leak, made one phone call someone was here in 30 minutes and the problem was fixed in 30 minutes. great people from the lady who answered the phone to the gentialman who i talked to and Hunter who came out to do the work had us fixed in no time and very afforable. i would recommend them to anybody that needs pluming work done.

Neil and his service men are so thoughtful and considerate. The company is beyond reputable. They go to the extreme of taking the customer to estimate through repair. I have always relied on Fix-it Plumbing. I have never felt like a victim! I will always have Fix-it plumbing take care of my most valuable asset- my home.
