Very professional and im very pleased with their initial diagnosis and the finished job. He took pictures of the issues to show and explain what was wrong followed by a text with his recommendation on what needs to be done. He was spot on. I highly recommend them.. Great job and great attitude!!!

AMAZING SERVICE! Had the power go out in our office, called Shane he was here in 15 minutes had the town of Selma here immediately after that and all was fixed in the entire office within an hour!! can't find that type of service just anywhere.

Can’t say enough good things about this company and family. Being a Selma native i remember the warehouse they had on Webb st. Also since I was a kid I enjoyed the Christmas light displayed every fall. I’m 32 now so over 20 years of tradition. If you use this company for your plumbing and electrical needs, you won’t be disappointed as they take pride in customer service.

Left two messages on the office line and found a cell number and left a message there too. NO RETURN CALL. I guessed

Called wednesday, 1week later still have NOT been contacted. Lousy service. Would not recommend!!!

doing work on Massey Holt road and cuts off water with no notice, probably not a good way to do business with a lack of notification to affected customers

Do not waste your time because they will waste yours and then be rude about it. They set appointments and then don’t show up. I understand things happen, but you can be professional about it.

Met Keith at a social event, told him I'd be in touch to set up the work. Called for four days straight "and left messages" until I finally received a return call. Once I received the call I was told I would have to be called back tomorrow with the information "day of installation and price". No return call.......

Called again twice and left another voice mail....a week later NO CALL!!! HOW IN THE WORLD DO THESE PEOPLE HAVE 5 STAR REVIEWS???
