Our air conditioning went out on Saturday. It was a hot day and miserable. I called at 8 am Monday morning and our air was back on and cooling by noon. Great service and communication. They are very professional and courteous. I plan to use them now for yearly maintenance and any future repairs.

P Z Heating & Cooling have serviced my unit several times in the past. My unit was blowing fuses he can out serviced the unit. in the process found that my duck work was leaking air in the crawl space. A lot of the duck work was bad. P Z came out the next week and change out all of my duck work for a fair price. This was done while I was out of town I came back went under looked it over found a minor problem and they came back the very next working day and fixed it.I have never had a problem they do awesome service and do what they say quickly

My family and I have always relied on PZ Heating & Cooling for years now. Never once has he failed on us. Every time we’ve had an issue with our heating or a/c system he’s been able to do precise professional work.

I would refer Pablo and his company to all residents in the near by area. This is very hardworking business that will not let a client down. He is very much affordable for the very fine work he does compared to many companies! This is a company that wants to see a family feel the most comfortable they can in their own home and is not thinking about ripping people off like many un trustful hvac businesses out there! 100% recommend! My heat went out a few days ago and thought it was just my propane needing  to be filled, which it was in need. My wife and I have only been living here for a year and not that great at checking our propane levels...side note my downstairs heat runs off gas and the upstairs is auxiliary heat aka electric didn't know this was a thing... good thing it is a thing because my 9 1/2 month old sleeps upstairs so were covered there - another side note- decided to be put on auto fill for propane) been living in my new house for 1 year and new to being a homeowner, so we're learning. Anyways, filling up the propane wasn't the issue. On my way to work this morning I called PZ and within 35min they were at my house. Another side note: Our nanny is from El Salvador and speaks minimal English, I am
also bilingual, luckily the guy I spoke with was bilingual which made it easy to communicate while I wasn't home and living in Siler City...well it's the country and good luck with cell reception here. So PZ gets to my house 35min after I spoke with them. They were able to diagnose and repair our problem in under an hour!! Luckily it was only a pressure switch and not a whole new furnace. The employees at PZ were professional, efficient, and most importantly friendly!! I will most definitely be calling PZ for my future HVAC needs!! 100% would recommend 👍👍

In a day in age where no one responds to calls or messages from potential customers, it's nice to see a company that is responsive and efficient. Within 3 hours of my call for service, the service men had showed up, diagnosed the issues, retrieved parts, and finished repair. This is the quality service that is hard to find these days. A+++

I have used PZ Heating and Cooling to repair and replace the hvac systems of 5 properties including my own home. Pablo is great, very knowledgeable and honest. He always answers the phones himself. He dispatches his very professional and skilled employees very quickly. He has never let me down in an emergency. For bigger jobs he sometimes comes himself. He has always given excellent prices on his work, whether it is making a simple fix or replacing a furnace. He does not extensively mark up small items the way many HVAC companies do. Had an emergency call with PZ Heating and Cooling this morning because our AC quit working. Pablo arrived in a couple of hours and had our AC working again in 30 minutes. As hot as it has been, this is deeply appreciated. Highly recommend!!

We were extremely satisfied with their service. They responded quickly to our call, and came out the same day and gave us an estimate. They came out the very next morning and completed our job. They were very friendly and polite, and did an excellent job! Their price was very fair and reasonable. We will definitely call them if we ever need any other services!!

My son's AC went out while I was watching my grandchildren. I called PZ and they answered within 3 rings and asked that I text them the address. They would be there within 2 hours. Pablo was the technician and he texted within the hour that he was 10 minutes out. He was very professional and explained everything. Within a half hour everything was back up running and cooling down. I highly recommend PZ for all your HVAC needs.

PZ has promptly repaired my heat, now repaired my AC, and also installed a new system in my old home before selling all within a timely manner. Came quickly after I called needing a new HVAC system. Got a rapid quote which was very reasonable and my new system was in within 2 days! Workers were knowledgeable and very polite. Highly recommend!

Awesome customer service!!! Our A/C shut down and we had water pouring inside from the unit through the ceiling. PZ came out right away after calling them, which I GREATLY appreciate! They diagnosed the issue and made the necessary repairs…now both units are as good as new. PZ went out of their way to explain what happened, what to look for, and even cleaned up the water damage from the A/C after they were done. I am incredibly happy with the job done by PZ and would recommend them to everyone!!

PZ Heating & Cooling was very responsive. They were very knowledgeable of our system. They gave us all the options that were available for either repair or replacement. Amazing on the speedy and complete installation. Would highly recommend to anyone, and will keep them at the top of my list. Thumbs up on the 10 year warranty!
