The Technician Christin was thorough checking the system. He took some time and explained each issue and options to fix or not.
They seem very fair in rhyme and reason.

Very happy with the service I received. Helped me out in a situation where a previous company had left me in a bit of a mess. They went out of their way to find a replacement for a discontinued part for my AC and was quick to respond to other issues I had. All at more reasonable rates than competitors.

Miguel is amazing. He explains the issue and tries is hardest to fix it same day. This was my second time calling him and both times he came same day. My first time calling him was a year ago when my fan went out he came same day to diagnose the issue and then he replaced it the very next day. This time, he was able to find a leak and take the time to show me where it was coming from. Highly recommend!

Miguel inspected our unit and answered the questions we had about the installation. I have peace of mind. The company who installed went out of business and neglected to put the Freon in the unit. We had to have several repair calls that ended in expensive Freon additions. I guess no one wanted to fill it? No leaks found. Should we need more Freon, I’ll call Miguel and he’ll track done the leak or we’ll contact Goodman for warranty repairs. Miguel is very thorough and helpful.

The young man, Chris from your Company was very respectful, kind, professional, and thorough. I think he was probably here about an hour and a half or so. He checked everything out. Before he gave me the final evaluation. Repair was reasonable and thorough. Very pleased with this company .

Chris was great! He showed up, was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining and diagnosing the issues with my AC. He took his time to make sure the issue was addressed properly and was upfront about the cost for various services and my options.

This is the third time that Miguel has serviced HVAC on multiple properties. Every time he is professional and cares to the details. He tries to address the root cause instead of a shortcut to fix the problem. He responds quickly to my requests. He is my go-to HVAC technician in the area.

M&R is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They are easy to work with when scheduling and the tech that came out, Miguel, was informative about what is going on with our system, he was not trying to ‘sell’ us on anything that is not really needed. I am glad we found them and will continue to rely on M&R to take care of our system.
