My decision to call Denton Heating & A/C was based on good Google reviews and the need for immediate help. My a.c. wasn't cooling my house. I had same day service and the price was right! I will definitely be calling them for all my heating and cooling needs.

The appointment time was convenient, the technicians were great, the actual work performed was as required, and the cost was better than any other company we had used in the past. From start to finish... everything was great! Dean called within 30 min of me needing a quote and gave me one offering 3 different options on the spot. Only a couple days later Dillon and Johnathan came out to install the new unit. They were professional and friendly. They did a great job and even cut a tree to get it away from the ac unit for me and hauled it away at no extra fee. The quote was competitive and the best overall deal I found. They all have great personalities and I will never call anyone but them for my hvac needs from now on. Thanks for making it an easy process for me!!
Edited to say on June 17,2025, I had an issue with my AC. They were out here the same day and fixed the problem quickly! They are fairly priced and the techs are always super friendly. Still 5 stars from me!

Dylan come out today to fix the heat he was very nice and explained to me what was wrong. He was able to fix it pretty quick

I couldn’t be happier with Denton Heat & Air! They came in after another company’s installation had caused major issues with my system. Dean and his crew spent most of the day working under the house in the crawl space and got everything fixed the right way.

They installed a 20-inch hard return duct to replace a collapsed 18 inch flex duct that had been restricting airflow on my 5-ton unit. The difference is huge. The crew was professional, hardworking, and explained everything clearly. Pricing was very reasonable and absolutely worth it for the quality of work.

They get 10 stars from me. Thank you to Dean and the whole team for doing things right for us

Took my business elsewhere

The first time I called, the man that answered made an appointment to come to my house to give me a quote and hopefully start replacing my duct system.
He didn’t show to the appointment
He didn’t call
He would not answer my calls or return my messages.
Why even make an appointment?
Just say your too busy or it’s not your speciality, or I don’t like your voice...or don’t even give a reason
Following through on what one says they will do is more important than almost anything else
