Arthur is very honest and humble man. Gave him a call on Saturday afternoon and he was at my house within 30 minutes. He walked me through everything that he was doing and also showed me how to do something’s for myself. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Our heater wasn't heating our house to the temperature we set it to. We called on a Sunday and they sent someone out a few hours later. The man who came out was very honest and told us the system may just need reset, rather than replacing the panel. We don't know anything about HVAC systems, so I worried about someone taking advantage of that and overcharging us. Instead, he walked my husband through the system and showed him how to reset and troubleshoot. We ended up just paying for the service call and a minimal fee, both of which we anticipated. Extremely satisfied with the service. Will definitely use again if we have any future issues!

Highly recommend this company for your AC repair and maintenance. AC was not cooling on the second floor of our house. I liked the fact that Authur explained everything that needed to be done and advised what the cost will be up front. He was able to come at 7:30 at night on a Saturday. I will definitely use this company in the future.

He came to us almost immediately after calling with a need at 10 PM on a Saturday. He was able to diagnose the unit within seconds and had the parts to fix it. We were up and running in under 30 minutes. He was friendly and we are so grateful for him! We would HIGHLY recommend this business.

Called this company with AC issues hoping to get some help, and the man who answered proceeded to tell me that he was already “picking and choosing which phone calls he was answering” and he wanted to further “interview me” to see if he was going to take me on as a client. He told me he had to call another client first and then would call me back. He called me back 5 minutes later to ask me “why I was getting into my landlords business” (I explained I was a renter in the previous conversation). He then said that he was going to be in my area and would “be able to look at it if I wanted him to, but it was gonna cost me”. He stated he charged a fee of 49-60 dollars just to diagnose and look at the unit. When I asked if that fee would be waived if he actually was able to fix the issue, he declined to offer me any further service and hung up the phone. This man was very rude and refused to provide any customer service. Very disappointing to see as we are new to this area. Do NOT even waste your time calling him. Call Total Systems instead.
