They have not paid their bills and are not returning ours calls.

wish i can give a zero or even - . Brad should open a ripoff company instead of a renovation company to make the story short he is the best person to come up with excuses for delays and work not done. a 6 month project turned to a year long then him abandoning the project running away with my money. he stole more than 100k plus loses that he supposed to put in the house but he didnt, a project that was supposed to cost me 120k ended up costing me 200k because of all the bad work and cheep materials he used him abandoning the project unfinished lead me to hire another contractor. which after evaluating the work done he told me that he have to re do most of the work. on top of that he didn't pay sub contractors. and some of them decided to go after me in civil court as a 3rd party which costed me 7k to fight in court. please for the love of god run away from this guy and his company
