I could not have had a better experience from Beacon Home Services! From start to finish, they took excellent care of us. I found this company through a referral from my neighbor. After submitting my inquiry on their website, Jason reached out right away and was out inspecting my unit by the next morning.

I have some experience working in HVAC and can tell you that in addition to Jason being a really nice guy, he knows his stuff. Instead of immediately trying to upsell us on a new unit, he explained our repair options (new evaporator coil). We decided to go for a new unit anyway based on our unit's age and overall expected lifespan, and Jason came out on the next two days to uninstall our old equipment and install the new one (on Independence day, mind you!) We were experiencing really hot weather that weekend and his expediency was so appreciated.

I will be using Beacon Home Services for all of my future HVAC needs and would recommend them to anyone looking for honest and quality HVAC work.

As always, our experience with Jason was very professional and he arrived at the promised time. We had a 20 amp GFCI breaker tripped and would not reset. Jason methodically checked the breaker and found one of the bathroom outlets had a ground wire that was touching a live feed causing a short. He also added a second GFCI 20 amp breaker to split the load of all the outlets to insure the single breaker wasn’t overloaded!
He had repaired two different problems with our HVAC/air conditioner systems in the past. We highly recommend him.

Jason is incredibly knowledgeable. I had him come out after Acosta provided me with a $2,000 quote to replace parts that didn’t actually need replacing, just to upsell me a full unit replacement, which they quoted at $6,200—$1,500 for the part and the rest for labor. Jason took just 10 minutes to diagnose the issue, then spent 30 minutes driving to the store to buy a replacement part for $30. In another 15 minutes, he had everything up and running. His labor costs were very reasonable. Jason even identified an issue unrelated to the original call—my UV light had been installed incorrectly using fiber backboard, which UV lights are known to break down (I had no knowledge of this until Jason educated me). Don’t waste any time reaching out to anyone else—with Jason, you’re getting the real deal. He’s someone with decades of experience, who’s operated large-scale operations, and is truly passionate about his work. I appreciate his time and wish him much success, though he won’t need it, as his experience and honesty are key.
