We highly recommend Hick's electric! The office staff was very courteous and helpful in locating a hard-to-find fixture for our outdoor lamppost. Mark installed it today and we are very pleased. It looks great and several neighbors stopped by to see if he could take a look at theirs as well:).

Hicks Electric has installed several lighting projects from simple installation of chandeliers/fans to helping us figure out how to add more light to counter space. Each time we have been pleased with their rates, scheduling and technicians. They listen to what the desired end goal of the project is and thoughtfully design/install lighting. The lights under the cabinets to light up a dark spot in our kitchen has been so nice when cooking! Huge difference!

They came out and did exactly what was discussed and quoted. No hidden costs or surprises. Mark was able to find a problem we were having for over two years. He explained everything with clarity and patience, answering all of our questions. Omar was able to install our ceiling fans with ease and no left over mess. And not to be left out, Ashley’s help in setting up appointment. She was very helpful getting us set up. Highly recommend Hicks for electrical needs.

Was referred to them by a friend so I Called them for an estimate on getting an Ev charge installed and I talked to Ashley she got all my information and told me that they would have to get back with me. They ended up sending me an email asking for pictures of the electrical panel and where I wanted the outlet for the charger placed. Didn’t even bother coming out to look themselves. After I did that they sent back an estimate that I thought was fair and I expected the estimate so I called and talked to Ashley again to set up a time for the to come out and told her that I was off on Tuesday and Thursday this week and she told me that she would see what day would work better for them to come out. Well needless to say I got nothing but crickets. No phone call, email asking if other day would work better no nothing. Definitely need to work on better communication. And you would think if you had a customer excepted the estimate you would work with that person to schedule a day that would work and not just leave them hanging.
