Professional organization with a great personal touch. Chris and Christin run a terrific company that goes above and beyond to deliver a great customer experience.

Chris Sampson is a highly professional contractor who has always been generous with his time and creative when encountering obstacles during a current project. We have used Custom multiple times for projects - bath remodel, custom fireplace surround, wood deck and screen porch. And will most definitely use them again. No job is too small or too large for this great company and Christin adds a nice design touch. Custom's technicians are always professional, polite, arrive promptly and are highly qualified tradesmen. We highly recommend this company.

At our first meeting with owner Chris Sampson, we immediately felt confident that he and his company could deliver the results we wanted on the two large home projects we were planning to undertake. It was clear right away that he knows his stuff and he could clearly articulate how his team would achieve our goals and deliver the results we wanted.
The team includes the amazingly versatile and energetic Thomas Murray, who was a complete pleasure to work with and be around. There is seemingly nothing Thomas can’t do well, from carpentry to plumbing - he made the process as painless and expedient as possible from beginning to end. Electrician Hansen Horikami filled out the team, and also inspired great confidence. We were fortunate to be doing two projects that were somewhat outside our daily living space so we never felt too encroached upon.
The guys are clearly perfectionists - they often worked longer days to get every detail right. Our point person in the office Carol Griffith also worked tirelessly to help us achieve our goals. The completed work is beautiful - we really couldn’t be more pleased!

I'm completely into giving credit when credit is due but I'm also for calling mess when it arises. I will say that this company "usually" does good quality work, a little high, but that's just me. Besides that though I really care about the values and morals of somewhere that I'm spending money or entrusting my "livelihood" into. I will say in my opinion (and if you would like to reach out to me for more of my input on this you may) that the qualities I just listed are far off from this business's map. I want a contracting company that is "on the same page" with everyone involved from the bidding of the project to the end walkthrough. I filled out a contact form on their website and have not heard back but I contacted 7 other contractors yesterday and heard from every single one of them within 2 hours of contact. If this is seen there is no reason to call or contact me back. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
No Chris. This is Darlene. I've never been a contractor. Nor worked for you or your company. You speak of integrity. Well I guess I will give my proof that I have to the public so they can form their own opinions. Thank you for your prompt response. I was a potential client by the way. Or do you discriminate against females when they ask about having a porch redone on the back of my house. I have a photo of my contact form I submitted that I will make available so you can't blame me on "some contractor" you had to let go. Nice try though. Have a nice evening!
