Repaired my electrical pole and meter box that had fallen. Was very efficient and got us back our power ASAP.

They were able to troubleshoot my problem. I am a retired electrical engineer. I followed them through their trouble shooting. They really knew their stuff. They kept me informed of everything they did.
I have actually used them for two different issues,

Logan and his company went above and beyond. I reached out about needing some electrical work and Logan had his crew at our house within 2 days. They are responsive and work diligently. We will be using his services in the future.

Logan Modlin is one of our area's very best electricians. We have used Logan numerous times and he solved a variety of difficult issues on each occasion, all at a reasonable price. The last use was a discontinued circuit board in an expensive appliance. Just when we thought we were out of luck we asked Logan, knowing that he wasn't an appliance repairman (two had already told us the appliance wasn't able to be fixed) while he was at the house working on exterior lighting repairs. He said he'd try to help and pulled the circuit board. It was discontinued and he was unable to find one online, even on ebay. Then, not giving up and trying to help his customer, he took the circuit board to a local Community College to examine the board's microchips using their diagnostics. A microchip was found defective and he was able to order it for a few dollars. This expensive Thermador range now works like new when appliance repairmen walked away from it. Can't recommend Logan strongly enough.

Modlin Electric wired and installed lights in my new art studio and did a fantastic job. I had a lot of special requsts with the wiring layout and the type of fixtures and bulbs used because it’s an Art Stdio, they got it all done, Logan helped me order the right items, I’m not a computer person, he also returned things for that we did not use, great service.
I have my potted plants in there for the winter, the natural lights are working great. The LED fixtures and bulbs are energy saving, my electric bill is very low.
Modlin Electric also did the wiring for my doublewide and installed generator two years ago, everything has worked perfectly.

I want to thank Modlin Electric and Plumbing for coming out on short notice. I had a kitchen sink clogged. They sent a young man who worked his tail off. He went underneath the home, the attic, and roof to figure out where the problem was. It took him over three hours on his own, but he was determined to fix the problem. After crawling all over the tight crawl space, he was able to locate the blockage and fix it with a snake.

Might be a fine electric company, but some kid driving their van tried to run me over this afternoon after he turned the wrong way down a one-way street. Guess he really needed to get to the Post Office?
