I had heard through a friend that this fellow was not only good at what he does but also a good man so I called him about some trouble I was having with my HVAC system. It wanted to run a lot and not cut off but every once in a while. He determined that the thermostat that I had just had installed by someone else was bad and replaced it and now its turning on and off as it should. He listened to what I said was going on with the unit and didn't make me feel like it was all in my head as some else did I had called previously.

Great service and communication also gave a fair price on my new AC installation. Were very thorough on initial inspection compared to other companies which convinced me this was the right company for the job.

In the past week, Frank has worked on 2 of my family members ac, I called in the am and he came the same day by 3pm. Our family has used him in the past and he installed a furnace this past winter, quick service, great price and very professional and friendly.

Frank is a very experienced and professional heating and cooling systems man. He's a very likable person who will do what ever it takes to get your equipment up and running as fast as possible. And he will give you the very best price that he possibly can.

Can't speak highly enough about Frank and his team. Our HVAC system had gone out- Frank promptly returned my call and came out to take a look at things for us. I wanted to go ahead and replace our system since it was so old- in short order we were back up and running. Communication was great and they showed up right when they said they would to get us fixed up. Pricing was right in line with what I expected and we were treated very professionally throughout the whole process. I will be using them going forward to help us maintain our new system.

Frank has always been a great man to call on when you need something fixed. I have waited weeks for other HVAC companies to assess and then fix issues that I have. With Frank I have had a repair within 24 hours on multiple occasions, which is unremarkable. He has even taught me specifics about taking care of my HVAC, what to watch out for, and when to be concerned about certain issues. Definitely my first recommendation to anyone in the Thomasville-Lexington area.
