I have used Palmers HVAC for many years for my personal property as well as for my work offices. The company that I work for also has commercial investment properties that I entrust all HVAC needs to Palmers. Doug, Scott, Allen, and the entire team are top notch. They have installed 5 units for us over the years at various locations as well as kept the maintenance and repairs up. They are in my opinion the best HVAC company around in quality of work, responsiveness, and knowledge. Their prices are fair and reasonable and they stand behind their work. If you are interested in a HVAC company for repairs, installation, and/or maintenance and and desire quality work, you will not go wrong by using Palmers HVAC.

Outstanding, prompt, and courteous service. On 5/25/2019 my a/c stopped working, and I called Palmers Heating & Air Conditioning, and a repairman arrived within 1 hour! He then diagnosed the root cause of the problem (bad fuse and low coolant), and corrected both in about 1 hour. My a/c is backup up and running! Fantastic! I was very surprised to find a company that could help me so quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a/c repair work.

Received service the same day! I did not request emergency service, but Doug worked me in when he had some cancelations. Service was quick and reasonably priced!

The representative that responded to our request for our system to be checked was very efficient. He explained everything he did in detail. We were pleased with his service and would use them again.

Had my air unit quit blowing cold air on a Sunday Morning. Waited till after Church and lunch to call. Scott came out and found the problem quickly and also had the part on the truck to fix it. It was also low on coolant. Super fast service and had cool air back in about an hour. Highly Recommend. Thanks for the great service and hate I had to bother you on Sunday. It is running great now to be a 22 year old unit.

I was looking for a new a/c company. I went thru the list of companies and just picked one. I left message and Scott called me back right away. I have been using Palmer Heating and Air Conditioning exclusively for over 10 years and have experienced nothing but great results in an installation of a completely new system, infrequently needed service calls, as well as annual preventative maintenance visits. The Company's scheduling, quick response time, and top tier service standards are exemplary and what I have always received from Doug, Scott and their team of professionals.

Called them on a Thursday and was out to fix my issue the very next morning! I will always use this company, moved here 3 years ago and needed them when we moved into our new house! Great service and highly recommend!!

Doug was very friendly and explained everything to us and if I had any questions during the installation he was always there to answer any questions I had. The employees on the job were great and they were very professional. The cleaned up everything after the installation and did a great job. I would recommend this company to anyone. I was particularly appreciative of being updated as to when you would arrive, and with the professional manner that Doug Hunt approached the job.
