I highly recommend this HVAC company. I had both furnace and ac problems in the same month (North Carolina!) Both problem days, someone came out the very same day I called, which surprised me given that I’m a fairly new customer, just having moved to Greensboro last year. They are honest, always on time and kept me very informed. I’m very grateful I took someone’s word of mouth recommendation for Empire!

Phillip was an excellent example for a service representative. He was informative and pleasant to talk to.

Have had Empire since I bought my house. I chose Empire because my dad needed help with his thermostat. He put the unit in himself but got stumped on the thermostat. One of the guys came out and looked it over. All the other places would not even talk to him.
I needed to renew my service and they got me in quick, called 30 minutes ahead of arriving and got right to work. They come out twice a year and keep my unit running.

I recently had a complex situation with my HVAC sizing that had been ongoing for a while. When Empire Heating and Air realized the issue, they stepped up and made it right.

They replaced my undersized unit with a brand new 3.5-Ton 15 SEER2 High-Efficiency Goodman Package Unit at a very fair price. The installation crew was fantastic, professional, and efficient. It is rare to find a business today that values customer satisfaction over short-term profits, but Empire proved they have real integrity and solid work ethic.

I will absolutely hire them again for future HVAC services because I know they can be trusted to deliver quality work and stand by it. Highly recommended!

Phillip installed a new dryer duct and vent for me. He was on-time, efficient, courteous and cleaned up before he left. The old vent was sealed, insulated and caulked. Empire did great work! I'll absolutely hire them again! Run, don't walk to call Empire!
