So... I had some issues with a tankless hot water heater and Danny Eaton's workers came out and I had some continued issues and I had some issues with the service… However, Danny Eaton paid for the full repair from another company and has completely blown my mind of what I thought he was about . For a company to do the right thing in this day and time is absolutely surprising and shows integrity and positive character that I had lost faith in. OMG. I'm just at a loss for words. This guy knows how to operate. Above and beyond anything I expected.

Eddie Eaton always responds to me when I reach out and he gets a plumber to my house same day or next day. He charges fair prices for their work. I am a repeat customer.

Cleared my drain amd busted my water pipe ...said they would come back to fix it and never did.

Not happy , texted and called Left several messages they never came back to repair what they damaged under my kitchen sink I would not recommend them to anyone

Quoted me 350$ for a job that actually cost me 85$ when doneby a DIFFERENT plumber. Advice: shop around before hiring him. In addition to his work, you're paying him for all the advertising he does.

The worst plumber. Will not follow up on issues will not respond on weekend emergencies. I have had nothing but problems with a grinder pump that he hides from. Stay away from this fly by night thinks he’s a plumber.

Called a water leak , an employee came and looked at our water meter, didn't even talk to us and left. Haven't heard a word from them since. Called another plumber and they came out within the hour and fixed our leak, only took them 30 mins to fix it
