Had a problem with our downstairs bath. Came on time. In and out in a short time. Very reasonable rate. Will use again. Sorry to be late on this guys, I'm catching up on several tonight. Well done

Excellent and super quick service. We’ve had multiple plumbers to our home to try to fix our problem. We were very skeptical about even trying another place, Afraid of the I don’t know or their outrageous prices to solve the issue. We just stopped using that room in our home altogether. We finally decided to give High Point Plumbing a try. Our problem was fixed with an hour, our appointment was set for as soon as we requested and we could not beat the price. We will never call anywhere else again.

Everything was overall fantastic while working with High Point Plumbing Services. I had a leak in our main water line leading from our well.

James was quickly responsive to setting up a time to write up an estimate. Pricing was extremely fair compared to other plumbers in the area. We were able to have someone come out and do the work at a time that best suited my schedule, and they were very quick and efficient at completing the work.

Everything was handled professionally and courteously, and I very much recommend using High Point Plumbing Services and will continue to use them myself for any further needs that I may have!

I purchased a new home for rental property purposes and the water in the home was not getting warm. I called High Point plumbing services provided me a quote of 1545 to replace the hot water heater. I felt that the job is very Tedious but that was way over priced he said that my water heater was over 20 years old. So I declined the estimate and decided to go look at other companies. I currently have hot water by changing a heating element myself. I did not need a new tank my tank says it was manufactured in 2015 so what was he point in this pointless estimate it was a waste of time and he tried to get over on me because I am a female. I’ll never hire this company.
