"I recently hired Kinstruct LLC for a comprehensive building project and couldn't be more impressed with the results. Finding a contractor who can handle multiple trades at this level of quality is rare.
They managed the entire scope of work, including:
HVAC: High-efficiency installation and perfect ductwork.
Electrical & Plumbing: Precise, up-to-code, and neatly organized.
Roofing: High-quality materials and a flawless finish.
What stood out most was their professionalism and communication. Instead of juggling four different subcontractors, Kinstruct acted as a seamless single point of contact. They kept the project on schedule, the job site was always clean, and their attention to detail was evident in every phase.
If you are looking for a reliable, full-service construction company that actually delivers on its promises, I highly recommend Kinstruct LLC!"

I used Kinstruct multiple times last year for projects. Each time they responded professionally and quickly. They took great pride in the quality of work they provided. Will absolutely use them in future.

Being from the construction industry I know how GC's operate and also know it can be difficult to find a good one.

Kinsruct was a great company to work with. We considered several contractors for our office renovations, and from the very first phone call, their team was communicative, transparent, and highly professional. All timelines were clearly outlined, and our schedule was met as promised.

They handled challenges efficiently and consistently communicated progress throughout the project. They were also flexible and easy to work with when we requested small changes along the way. Their subcontractors reflected the same level of professionalism as the Kinsruct team and kept the site clean and organized at all times. Overall, they were a pleasure to work with.

I'd recommend these guys to anyone!
