This was my first experience and I was very pleased. The team was friendly and respectful of my home. They wore covers on their shoes and explained their work. I also liked they called in advance so i k ew when they’d arrive. I can already tell a big difference in my dryer as clothes don’t need multiple cycles to dry. I’d definitely use them again and recommend their services.

Air Works is family owned and trustworthy. They are always timely. I highly recommend them. They have added Plumbing Service to their company and Joseph just did a plumbing inspection on my house. He is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I was happy with the service. I purchased my upstairs unit from them and this was part of the install. They serviced my old unit for free also. I did need a capacitor on the old unit. He told me what the reading should be before he hooked up the meter. He did not pressure me into the repair.

I just had my second service. I really trust the technician and like that he said that AirWorks is a great place to work.

UPDATE BELOW! I called another local company, which told me that my fan motor and compressor were shot and tried to sell me a $10,000 HVAC system on the spot. I decided to get a second opinion, and I had the good fortune of calling Air Works. Ricky came to my house within a few hours of my initial call, diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes (a faulty relay -- a $200 repair), got the part delivered overnight, and fixed it first thing the next day. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and friendly, and he saved me thousands of dollars. Consider me a customer for life -- thank you so much! UPDATE: Since my first review, I've used AirWorks two more times. About a year ago, I needed a whole system replaced: they gave me the best price of anyone, the installation was awesome, and the techs and managers were friendly and informative. They were just perfect. Then last week, I had a problem, and they came right out, checked it out fast, didn't try to upsell me, and actually caught ANOTHER problem (a clogged drain) and fixed it up right there on the spot. It is *so rare* to find a contractor who does good work and who I can really trust to just tell it to me like it is. This is my one and only go-to HVAC company from now on. Thank you all!

After calling multiple companies for quotes to clean out my dryer duct I contacted Air Works Heating and Air. Not only were their prices much more competitive, the phone was promptly answered by a real person. The service was scheduled within a few days, they showed up on time, and I’m 100% confident of their work. Highly recommended!

Air Works has been servicing my house for the last couple of years. My heating and air unit runs great. They don't pressure sale any extra stuff like other companies. My service tech Justin was very informative and did an outstanding job!

I called the business expecting to get an appointment for a future date concerning an air conditioning equipment issue. Within two hours Ricky was at my home ready to fix the problem working me into his already full schedule for the day. He found and fixed the refrigerant leak and checked the entire AC system. While here he also did the annual check on my heating systems. Very professional, technically competent, friendly, and dedicated to doing great work.

I called Air Works at 10 am on Tuesday because upstairs unit was not cooling. Tech arrived in under 3 hours and diagnosed a bad evaporator coil (in attic). They replaced the coil and got the unit working again by 10:30 on Thursday morning. The techs were on-time, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough.

This company is amazing! Michelle at the office is so sweet and positive! She will try her hardest to find a time that works best for the customers! A special shoutout to Josh! He is so kind, patient, and helpful!! I wish every company had a Josh and Michelle!!

Communication about the project was excellent from start to finish. Contractors who came to our home for duct cleaning and services were very respectful, professional and thorough.
Project was completed in a timely manner. Prices were reasonable compared to other quotes received.

I had my HVAC unit replaced a few years ago and they did a Fantastic job Today Ricky Frazier called me and said he could come 3 hours early for a maintenance check I was thrilled. He even asked if I wanted something to eat or drink while he stopped for gas. Unheard of. I would recommend this company to everyone. Great people and great prices and work.

We hired Air Works to install a new furnace in our Durham home after comparing their proposal and reviews with some other local HVAC companies. We're glad we chose them. Cesar and Brad did an excellent job with the installation -- prompt, thorough and courteous. Jessica handled the scheduling and paperwork nicely. All in all, a good experience with a good price.
