This is our third great experience with Langley Heating and Air. The team expertly moved our outdoor units away from our screened porch to the other side of our house. From the initial contact with the office, to the estimator Ken, and the technicians RJ, Noah, and the other fellow (whose name I did not remember, sorry), we had a stellar experience. Everyone was professional, polite, on time, experienced, and efficient. We found the price to be very reasonable too. We are so happy to be able to finally enjoy our screened porch! We highly recommend Langley Heating and Air.

These guys are good at what they do. They sent an army of guys to install my new ductless split. Happy customer.

Had our upstairs AC compressor go out on us. Thomas, the technician responding to the call, was very knowledgeable about the American Standard unit we had and was able to explain very clearly what the issue was. We agreed to make the repairs, and he returned with the parts and completed it in a timely manner. Very impressed with his professionalism and pragmatic approach. Valerie from the front desk was also helpful and pleasant to talk with as she helped arrange the timing for the visit. Very happy with the service and support from Langley!

Langley Heating and Air is the absolute best HVAC company hands down! I am a busy realtor and they take great care of all my clients and when I recently purchased a home and the air went out on the hottest Saturday and Kaleb came out and repaired it quickly on the same day. I highly recommend Langley to everyone!

Caleb Langley was personable and honest. The work was done professionally in a courteous manner. Caleb came over to introduce himself after lengthy discussions about the options over the phone, and Bud and his intern were great. I have already recommended Langley Heating and Air to several friends.

Heating system serviced by tech Josh. He installed UVC-LED disinfection system to address problem with mold causing bad odor when system initially comes on. Josh did a great job. Very professional and knowledgeable. Pleasure to work with.

This company doesn't need my review. Trust all those 5 stars. It is refreshing to come across an honest company. They were not my first choice. I had another company come out. Luckily they don't do American Standard so I called Langley because I prefer American Standard. I won't get into too much detail but that other company was flat out ripping me off. The other company was going to install 2 heat pumps for a lot of $$$$'s. Langley's tech came out and listened to me and my needs, informed me that I did not want a heat pump downstairs because I am a freeze baby and like it at 76 deg in the winter. He said that due to that a heat pump is not the correct choice. Then he went and inspected my 3 units. He replaced 2 capacitors and recharged the 3rd unit. No new anything needed other than some parts and some Freon. When he left all 3 were blowing cold, cold air. Turns out I have a high efficiency furnace where I need it. That other company was going to rip it out????????????????????????????

We just recently started with Langley and glad we picked this company to maintain our HVAC equipment. They are thorough, professional and reasonable. The technicians have been thorough and answered my many questions about our new home system. He made some adjustments to our thermostat based on my needs. He took his time doing a complete evaluation and didn't leave until I was satisfied with everything. I highly recommend this company.

Amazing service!! Branson was amazing he diagnosed our issues and was able to get everything fixed asap we love Langley !

They installed a mini-split in our new sunroom. The crew was courteous and professional. In general I was very pleased with their work. My only complaint is that the indoor unit was mounted slightly off level (the left side is 1/4" lower than the right side).

Langley Heating and Air is a premier HVAC company. I have been utilizing there services for years. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and reliable.

My technician is very professional and courteous. I have 2 units, one from Langley, and one older that was receiving their seasonal service. The tech took time to explain things and gave me info about the newest systems that are out now. He also took time to check out and advise about an air flow problem that I mentioned having that wasn’t directly related to what he was there for, which was greatly appreciated. The Langley team has always been top notch since I contacted them a few years ago for my heat pump.

Appreciate the help we always get from Branson and the rest of the Langley crew! They’re great to work with and will continue to be our hvac people.

Josh came by yesterday to perform a biannual check on my HVAC system and did an outstanding job. He listened to and addressed my concerns and went the second mile to ensure my system was serviced well. Great job Josh, and thank you for a job well done!!
