We switched to Southern Seasons for maintenance on our HVAC system a few years ago and have been very satisfied with the service. Excellent service with nice technicians and fair prices. In our most recent service call, Jacob was prompt, very professional and courteous and got our system in great running order before the summer heat. I would definitely recommend Southern Seasons for HVAC needs.

Matthew was great! Same day service as our heat was out. Quick diagnosis and very transparent explanation of the options.

We've been using Southern Seasons as our HVAC company for a couple of years now. They assisted when it was time to replace one of our units, and have helped us with servicing our other aging unit. Anthony, the owner, is so knowledgeable and friendly -- he even came out himself on a Sunday one time. The technicians have always been professional, courteous, and prompt. Trust me, these folks are great!

Recently moved to the area and in the process Southern Seasons performed the inspection on the HVAC system in the house we purchased during the due diligence phase. Now that Spring is here, and wanting to ensure everything is in good working order for the hot summer, I contacted them to do the preventative maintenance on the units. Their technician Jakob did a thorough job of checking everything out. There were two parts needing replacement which was handled quickly and efficiently. A small issue came up the next morning on one unit. My call to Kristal was promptly answered first thing in the morning and Jakob was back out in short order to tend to the issue. It was quickly resolved and my HVAC system is good to go. I highly recommend Southern Seasons. Be sure to inquire about their Comfort Club maintenance plans.

Can't say enough about Anthony and his team at Southern Seasons. Never had an issue having somebody out to fine tune the system now that we have been in our new home for a few months. And today when the temps dropped dramatically we had no heat. Anthony had a tech out within the hour to diagnose. The tech, Antonio, was fantastic and very thorough. He kept me in the loop explaining everything that needed to be adjusted and fixed. Very quickly, he discovered the issue and had me up and running. Definitely the type of company you want to do business with. Thanks Anthony and Antonio!

My AC was out. Tried the usual suspects and also tried to “fix” myself. Unsuccessful. Called Southern Seasons and quickly Mathew reached out to let me know he was on his way and his ETA. He was prompt and professional and quickly found a blocked line and cleared it to allow my AC to start up again. Mathew did a super job of explaining what he was doing and why he was doing things so that I felt comfortable with the work he was doing. Great service and highly recommend Mathew as a technician to take care of my AC issues.

Nick the technician was very professional. Checked the furnace meticulously and explained everything to me. Very satisfied by what he did A++

No one better! Of course during this 100 degree heat, my system went down- SS has helped me in the past and they did not disappoint this time! Nick came out promptly, told me what was going on, what was needed and fixed the unit to get my house back to comfortable again! It’s nice and cool in here, thanks Nick and AJ!

Nick was thorough with the maintenance check on both units, explained what tests he performed and how my units looked as well as the results of his checks. He was courteous and conscientious.

Been using these guys for a long time. Jakob has been great. Honest and always a fair price. Highly recommend them.

Admin that scheduled my appointment was very friendly and made sure to get us seen asap. The technician, Nick, was also super friendly and knowledgeable. Got our upstairs a/c which hadn’t been putting out to its potential repaired and we now have a much cooler second level!! All around great experience.

We've been using Southern Seasons for a while now. They are top notch and we recommend them to anyone who asks. On our most recent service, Andrew did a great job getting us all taken care of after thoroughly explaining what our issue was. Southern Seasons has always been our HVAC company of choice. Their employees are always, kind, respectful, professional, and thorough. Matthew recently came to our house and took the time to patiently explain to me what was going on with our system and what our options were. He did a great job and managed to get our system back online. I can't recommend Southern Seasons enough.

Replaced the entire H&A system upstairs and downstairs including the ducts. Price was competitive. The estimator had a friendly knowledgeable demeanor. Crew worked efficiently and were friendly too. They were done before dinner. They were careful and clean. No sign they had been here except the new system. Wake inspectors were scheduled in a reasonable time. Minor issues were promptly resolved and confirmed by Wake inspectors. A good business.

My outside unit had become extremely noisy. I was worried it was about to give out on me, so I reached out to Southern Seasons in the morning and got an appointment for the same afternoon. Southern Seasons sent Nick to my home. He arrived and asked me to describe [and demonstrate] what I was hearing. He listened well before quickly checking the unit. Nick determined my capacitor and refrigerant charge was low. He gave me a quote, and even checked the warranty on my unit which saved me hundreds of dollars. I saved more money because I'm a Comfort Club member. The repairs were completed much sooner than I expected. My unit is now running quiet again!!! I wish I could give Nick and Southern Seasons more stars. I'm thankful for their honesty, fair prices, expedient service, and peace of mind.

Top notch....Nicholas was a great tech...fair and clear about the issue....what was happening and things it could be. very honest....I highly recommend!

I highly recommend Southern Seasons Heating & Air. Last Spring we had to replace the HVAC at our rental home. Anthony & his wife were honest, super easy to work with & their rates were very reasonable. Anthony could have easily pushed a higher end unit on me, but instead explained which unit would be best for that house, NOT the most expensive.
Yesterday we had our yearly maintenance done. Jakob was prompt, friendly & professional. It’s been a pleasure meeting/working with each one of them.

I called and spoke to Crystal who was kind and informative and got me on the schedule the very next day! Jakob showed up with a amazing attitude and a smile on his face. Gave us great service and was very personable and kind. I would highly recommend southern seasons heating and air conditioning. This Company came highly recommended from a coworker, and I’m so glad that I took her recommendation. We had a rather emergent Situation where an overflow was leaking down into our walls. I spoke with Anthony and he assured us that he would have someone out right away to help. Jakob was our technician and not only was a professional and prompt, but he also took the time to walk me through everything he was doing and explain what his readings meant. It was much appreciated. When we decide to put in a new unit, this is the crew we will be using.

When the A/C went out at my rental property, I reached out to multiple companies to get quotes and diagnoses. Southern Seasons stood out right away — they were incredibly responsive, caring, honest, and offered the most reasonable pricing.

They took the time to clearly explain all of my options, which made the decision to go with the York Side Discharge unit; and it’s been running perfectly ever since.
