I called Junk Buddies, in a bind, and needed a couch removed ASAP. Colin must have heard the desperation in my voice. Within 2 hours he was at my house with his co-worker. So professional and just overall delightful to work with. Everything from scheduling, communication, and removal was top notch. They were so very careful not to damage anything . I highly recommend if anyone has anything they need to have removed. I will have other items in the future and wouldn't blink an eye before calling them again. Thank you so much!

I called Junk Buddies after seeing their FB post and was answered on the first ring on a Saturday. I sent pics we set a a time and price and guess what … they arrived on time even a tad early and completed the removal. It definitely wasn’t a big job - but they made me feel like it was. Highly recommend.

Colin was great to work with. He was clear on pricing and timing expectations. He did what we agreed to and made sure my expectations were met. I would be happy to have him back.

Totally flawless experience. Had them get an old fridge - price quoted was lower than the other two places that I called, and I like that they just gave me straight out price without the “well, it could be higher, it could be lower” crap. Came the next day. Called in advance to let me know when they are coming to a minute. Pickup took 5 minutes. Done and gone. Will definitely be calling them for any future needs.

Colin and his team with Junk Buddies was punctual, professional, and responsive to my needs. They arrived on time, worked quickly, they did a fantastic job and I was really pleased with my experience with Junk Buddies! A very good experience. I highly recommend Junk Buddies!!

These guys were amazing! Colin is fast and efficient with his partner. They even carried a full size French door refrigerator down my back steps without a dolly or anything. They are fantastic and would definetely use them again! They were in and out in maybe 10 mins. If you’re looking to get rid of any items, consider them because they were truly amazing!!
