Hello,

Mr. Johnson was very responsive to my need. I needed him to stop the toilet from making a running sound every five minutes and it was hiking up my water bill. He also fixed my garbage disposal and cleared the clog.

Mr Johnson is a great plumber professional, very customer oriented. He did a great job on the plumbing issue I had in my bathroom. I highly recommend him and his work

Not good

Not good, I don't recommend

Had them come out to install a outside Faucet on the front of my house. He tried to drill a hole through the stone of the front of my house and split it into a few piece. (see pictures)

He installed the faucet to the wall underneath the stone but it sits to close to the stone that you can't hook a hose to it. My fault for not realizing it before he left. Paid $230

Sent them a message on Sep 24th noting the above and asked if they could come back out and fix it. Messaged them multiple times and they keep putting it off.

It's been almost a month now and I still have a faucet I can't use and the stone around it is still broken. I'm a understanding guy, I just want it fixed.

I'll edit this review If they come out and fix it the right way.

This company does not return calls, called eight times to finally get an appointment because this was the company that my warranty company assigned to me. I took off work to be here for the appointment and they didn’t even show up or call to let me know that they weren’t going to be able to make it.
