Great service. Great people. Great price. Highly recommended. The owners are fantastic and they had the best prices around. Definitely will use them again. Super friendly and worked with me from beginning to end. Answered all my questions and made sure I knew what services were being performed.

Wake Forest Plumbing is very efficient and will take care of reoccurring customers. Ron is one of their plumbers and is extremely nice. I will keep coming back.

I highly recommend WF Plumbing. There were guys at my house within hours of me calling them. They were polite and the pricing was reasonable. I will definitely be using them for my plumbing needs in the future.

I called them and they actually came out on time! In addition, service was great, what they charged was very, VERY fair. Chris came out. After years of being ripped off by other plumbers, I will definitely call them again.

They replaced my cut off valve, the drain line, dielectric unions, and a new tank. Very professional. Two years later and it works like a champ. Better than I had in the previous 14 years.

I wish I could give 6 stars. Every aspect of the transaction was positive. the lady answering the phone was courteous, friendly and told me when the plumber would be there. Ron showed up at that time and was pleasant, professional and resolved the dishwasher leak promptly. I wish all service businesses conducted themselves in this fashion.

During a monthly review of customer satisfaction, this customer was brought up because it had been determined that we did not arrive on time and this customer provided us with feedback that could improve our customer service. A full refund was issued prior to finding this review.

super happy with the service and professionalism of this company. From George to Mark and all of the team that helped to plumb a new natural gas line for our new cooktop and fireplace logs. They were clean, methodical and polite throughout the entire process. New natural gas and 5 new sinks later, we couldn't be happier!

Had one of two old attic water heaters start leaking. WF Plumbing had a plumber out within an hour. I decided to replace both water heaters with a single tankless unit. That’s a pretty complex unit! Mark and Paul, the installers did a great job installing it and fixed a whole house pressure problem, too. I’m loving the Rinniae unit and very pleased with the work!

I was very pleased. Our home is 10yo, and has had lots of work to be done. Out of ALL plumbers I have used, and called, these guys were the best. I will continue using them as a first choice. Great job guys you run your business very very well. I wish all trades ran their business like yours.

Great company to work with. Needed hot water heater to be replaced. Came quickly after hours. Staff were super helpful and friendly and encouraged me to compare prices with other companies. They had the best price by more than $500. Installation was quick. Would hire them again.

I've had Wake Forest Plumbing to do 2 jobs at my house. They were responsive, professional, and reasonably priced both times. My search for a good plumber has ended :-) Great job guys!

Edit: They have done additional jobs for me and my neighbors. I am still impressed with the service, and their practical approach to making repairs.

Troy came out on an emergency call when our pressure tank sprung a leak. Although he could not replace the tank that night (the right solution to the problem) he did a temporary fix that allowed us to have water until the next day when he replaced the tank. Great work and obviously someone who takes pride in doing things right. I would certainly call them again if I had other plumbing problems.

We had an emergency caused by a lightening strike. They made us a priority and had people here the next day to address our hot water heater issue. The specialist was courteous and understanding, answered all our questions and gave us good advice. I will have them back again for any further plumbing work.

Excellent customer service, fast response time, efficient work. They are honest and trustworthy. They were careful with our belongings and genuinely nice guys to chat with. Price for work done was more than fair! I will be using them again and recommending to everyone I know!

Great job ! They were on time, had to install a much narrower waste removal drain and were very fair on the price. Originally scheduled for Monday they had an emergency so rescheduled to Tuesday and gave us a 10% discount on the final bill!
