I have a small pool and I love to keep it open year round. I had multiple issues with my previous pool company and was delighted to find another pool company with a 5.0 rating. North State deserves a 5.0 because they have really done a great job for me. They not only take great care of my pool but they also blow away all the leaves so my pool area is neat. And they send me a detailed report of what they did on each visit. So grateful for their help!

When it was time to replace our old pool liner, I contacted a few companies to get quotes. North State Pools responded quickly and provided a competitive quote. They provided us a couple of books of liner samples and we picked one we liked. They installed the liner quickly and did a great job. The pool looks so much better now! This company is easy to work with and does a fantastic job.

We have had North State Pools open and close our pool as well as provide cleaning and maintenance for years. We are very happy with the service, they are top notch, very knowledgeable all things pool and very professional. We had a pool heater installed by them as well without any issues!

Can’t say enough good things about North state pools. We’ve used them for so many things from open/close, occasional cleaning, salt water conversion, filter timer and most recently replacing liner. Adam and his team provide excellent service every time, reasonable, reliable, responsive, honest and really care about their customers.

Responded same day to our request for service. Came on site the next day, provided a written quote same day. Quote acceptance process as well as payment process was very easy. Replaced the necessary equipment the next business day. Best pool service I have encountered in 26 years of pool ownership.

We have been using North State Pools for several years now and our pool has never looked better!! More important than the look of the pool is the excellent customer service. Recently, we had an issue with our filter, after business hours and Brian responded quickly and was the ultimate professional. We've recently moved to Wake Forest. I had an issue with my pool motor and called North State Pools. Adam responded promptly, came out and totally replaced our motor. I've had some passing experience with pool service providers. None come close to Adam. He is is amazing. We will always call on North State Pools for any future issue or service. I strongly recommend Adam and North State Pools.

I used North State Pools to do a repair on my leaking pool. I had no experience with them in the past so I was not sure. Now that the job is complete, I could not be more satisfied. Mike and Bobby were highly professional from start to finish. They explained the whole process and all the options and possible scenarios. Their experience with pools is quite obvious once you start talking to them. They work on your pool like it is their own property with the utmost care, cleanliness and top grade work. I am very happy with the result. I highly recommend using them for any pool issues you may have.

The first company to return my call and then came (when they said they would)
within a short period of time. They quickly diagnosed my issues and were fair about the repairs necessary and their pricing. Another company responded long after my call and then not available for several weeks. Then they recommended replacing a lot of expensive parts and equipment (unnecessarily) Needless to say I’m going to use North Side Pools and would highly recommend!

North state pools provides regular service for our pools, but where they really shine is the additional high-level pool maintenance and upgrades. We had automation, replacement pumps, reconfiguring, replacement heater, etc- always excellent service, very prompt, highly knowledgeable, and great follow up when needed. They are particularly good at figuring things out and finding solutions.

Placed a call to replace a booster pump and next business day they were on site, on time and job well done. I worked with Adam, the owner, and he was a pleasure to deal with (and loved our dogs).

I needed someone to come out and take a look at my pump because I needed it primed ASAP. I left a voicemail on late Thursday night and I receive a message the very next morning ( talk about great response time😃). Adam said he could come out and see what was going on and get me back up and running. Within 1 hour of talking with him he was out to the house and was get my pool back running smoothly. He was kind, informative and most of all very professional.
I will be using them again for pool cleaning very soon.

The guys at North State Pools have always, and continue to be, top-notch. We highly recommend them for your pool opening/closing needs! They are very knowledgeable and aren't afraid to share that knowledge with us! They are never put off if we want to try to do something ourselves, and are always about saving us money and being cost-effective. There are never any sales pitches, just good, solid advice! I also highly recommend their pool service! Definitely makes pool season a little more worry free!
