I had a potential gas leak on my furnace. I gave them a call and they responded very quickly. They were able to get things resolved just as quickly. Very personable, kind and know their stuff.

They do business the right way. Duggins Heating And Cooling technicians are experts and explained to me every step of what they were doing. There are a bunch of other contractors that are closer to me that I could use but I would rather call someone who I'm confident that they know what they're doing!

I’ve used Duggins’ services for at least six years now. After poor experiences with other local HVAC contractors in Greensboro, I received a referral to Duggins. David Mitchell was the first contractor to make the effort to diagnose an ongoing issue I had, and I ultimately hired them to replace all of the duct work in my house. I’m in a townhouse now, and continue to contract with them for my seasonal maintenance. I highly recommend them for their honesty, reliability, and quality workmanship!

We have been using this company many years for several residential jobs. This includes keeping a very old unit up and running smoothly for years before doing a complete system replacement and mini split addition. They have been very affordable, honest, timely and professional! We have had great experiences with their employees; as well as the work they do. It’s nice when a company leaves things looking tidy too; always cleaning up behind themselves.

Just wanted to say thank you for such a personal service for our school! First day of school and the AC went out! I called Josh and he immediately came out diagnosed the problem and ordered the compressor. We were thinking we were going to be out of AC for 2 weeks and it was a toddler classroom!
Josh called me Thursday afternoon and said the compressor came in and he would be at our school at 6:30 in the morning! I immediately called the head of school and told her the good news! She was super super happy!
