I called Marty to take a look at our hvac system. He responded same day, diagnosed and solved the problem in less than an hour. He is trustworthy and charges a fair price. I would highly recommend giving him a call!

Marty was excellent all around: Came out on short notice to repair our AC in August, communicated quickly regarding arrival times, arrived exactly when expected, quickly diagnosed and explained the problem, then had it resolved in under an hour. He was friendly and professional, and the cost was very reasonable.

Marty with Service Pros was very professional, prompt, and honest. He responded the same day to quickly diagnose the issues, as well as what was needed to fix the problem. He was very honest about what was needed, as opposed to making a sale, which is hard to find these days. Marty was the nicest, most professional service tech I've dealt with in a long time. Explained the process as he checked different things. Turned out to be a simple fix, and he was VERY reasonable with his pricing. Not one of those companies trying to up-sell you or gouge. Called with need for quick service. Marty agreed to come as quickly as possible, and gave me a good idea of what to expect while on the initial phone call. This is another review for 8/28/2018. Marty just left my home a few minutes ago after servicing our AC unit. My AC went out upstairs and he said he would come by to take a look but it would be later on in the evening. The temperature upstairs was hitting in the 80's but he came by like he said and fixed the AC unit. He is an awesome person, professional and makes Service Pros what it is. I have used them for the past seven years and not once have I been disappointed. Consistent service every time. Kudos to Marty!!!!!!! Thank you.

We called Marty with Service Pros for a quote to replace our very old HVAC unit. From the start, Marty was responsive, on time, knowledgeable, with competitive pricing. We decided to go with him and again he answered all our questions, was very courtious, arrived when he said he would, and did an all around great job. He even went the extra and replaced the old pad without us asking and mulched around the unit so the area looked good and soil wouldn't splash up. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

We have used Marty for years and we highly recommend him for all your HVAC needs. This summer Marty has had replaced one of our units at our home. He was quick to respond to our need, he replaced the unit and had is up and cooling in no time. His service is great and his prices are fair. We also use him for our units at work. He is quick to respond, and he truly cares about his customers.

My AC went out on a Friday afternoon when I found Marty's number and called him. He told me he could be at my place in 2 hours and arrived 30 minutes early. He was extremely professional and competent and we had my issue addressed and fixed within an hour. This is the first person I'm calling if I have another issue with my HVAC system in the future.

Our AC keeps tripping so it’s so hard to keep our indoor at least 77-78 degrees. That’s the lowest it can get then it will not work and back to 80s . One company came and quoted us 1400 to replace a certain valve in the attic . He refused to do cleaning or anything and charged us 110 dollars upfront for the diagnosis. My neighbor recommended Marty of Service Pros.. He came and fixed it.. it was actually just loose wires in the breaker. He fixed it and never had any problem after. very affordable and reliable.. highly recommended!!!

Marty (Service Pros) arrived within 30 minutes of me placing a request for a technician. He was very quick and efficient. I couldn't believe he had already repaired the problem which also showed me how honest and trustworthy this company is. Pricing was very reasonable! Our business had been using a large well known company in the past but they couldn't send someone out until next week. We will definitely use Marty for future needs and you should too!
