Awoke on a holiday (July 5) to a backed up septic line. Called around and finally found this company open for business. Never used them before as we are a bit out of their service area. I was bracing for the worst and told them my situation. Here is what happened next: they arrived exactly at the time they promised (within two hours of my call), gave me a very fair price estimate, performed the work quickly, professionally, and gave me some great insight on future maintenance. Definitely recommend these folks when you have issues. Believe the man said his name was Zach but not sure. Strong work 💪

Our wastewater treatment pump failed leading to an inability to use water in a normal day-to-day manner. All-American diagnosed the problem, came up with a solution, rush ordered a pump and installed the day the pump was delivered from a late Friday evening order to a midday install on the following Monday.

Finally a company that keeps their word! I called them on Tuesday evening after Septic Blue cancelled our appointment. They were at our house within an hour and quickly found the problem. We have only lived in the house 6 months, but the house is 40 years old. We did not know where the septic tank lids were located and we were not charged extra for James & Billy to dig and locate them. We ended up getting the tank pumped, purchasing risers and a new pump. James contacted the owner, Jason, who brought the supplies to my house. Although it was a costly repair I do not think we were over charged, especially since it was an after hours request. I highly recommend All American Septic! James, Billy & Jason did a wonderful job and kept us informed throughout the process. They left NO MESS BEHIND!

Jason was very professional and great to work with. He and his guys were all very nice and respectful. Jason and Michael specifically answered all our questions for us and helped explain what issues we were having and what the options were for resolving the issues. We will definitely be working with them again for routine maintenance on our septic system and recommend them to others.

Zach and crew came out to assess my drainage issues and ended up having to replace my damaged distribution box. He was very upfront about every step of the process and made sure I was aware of everything he was doing and how much it would cost. He was also very helpful in giving me suggestions for how to keep the same issues from occurring in the future. I will continue using this company for all my septic system needs!

In the past year I have needed their services several times due to no fault of theirs. Jason and his crew have consistently been professional, prompt, reasonably priced, and courteous. I am very thankful for how accommodating they've been and how efficiently they've worked to get the job done every time!

After a bit of an emergency and calling several different companies who were all booked, All American was able to get here same day. Brandon and Michael were polite, quick, and professional. We even had to add something we weren’t planning on and they had the pieces we needed on the truck and were in and out with pumping and a quick repair in less than 30 minutes. We will continue using All American!

I called in the morning to see if they could pump our septic tank, and they promptly responded and said they could do it same day for $50 less than another quote I received who couldn’t get to us for another 3-4 days.
I got a courtesy call when Brandon was on his way, he arrived perfectly on time and was very polite and informative. He answered all of my many questions with patience, and even corrected some of the info I had gotten regarding a separate septic issue from another company.
We ended up not only getting the tank pumped, but also 2 new risers, a filter and a new box lid, among some other odds and ends. All within 5 hours of me calling for a quote!
The type and quality of service that was provided was above and beyond my expectations. I won’t go anywhere else from now on. HIGHLY recommend.

I can only say good things about Jason and his crew! I called All American and spoke with Jason about my issue and he was able to come out the same day. The problem I knew about was fixed along with a problem I did not know about. I appreciate all that they did and recommended. I would highly recommend!

All American Septic came out promptly on an emergency basis to service my septic system. Darius was my technician. He was knowledgeable, did an excellent job and was very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend All American Septic.

Septic system successfully pumped today. We were not certain where tank was located. Robbie initially tried digging with shovel, called in Jeff, they both tried locating it by manually digging to no avail as it was quite deep. Ended up using machine,found it, installed risers, put dirt back in place and cleaned up disturbed area. Can’t say enough about their persistence,determination and ability to explain what was done!! Great job on this heat advisory day!!

I called this company out to pump my tank and they came right away and took care of it. Also they asked to install risers on my septic tank to prevent digging up my yard and to have access to the filter for cleaning yearly. They got all the supplies on site within the hour and installed them. I highly recommend this company to anyone with septic maintenance or repairs. The technician Jason and his helper did an amazing job with making sure everything was done the correct way and the prices was reasonable. When you need septic tank pumping or repairs All American Septic is on the top of my list.

Outstanding customer service. Extremely professional. Takes very good care of veterans. I am a veteran who has been using these guys for 10 years. The guy above is just bitter because they didn’t skip the wake for a friend that died to accommodate him. Careful what reviews you believe when people get mad

Jason the owner came out and pumped the tanks in the house we just bought. He was quick, courteous, and fun the talk to. He took care of the service and then explained to me how to prevent problems from coming up in the future. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for septic service.

Competent, complete, and careful. All American saved me a ton of money by being able to fix my tank when another service said it had to be replaced. Also able to flush out the septic lines to prolong life of current field, a service other providers can't do (and therefore don't mention). Everything done as promised, on time, with careful cleanup at end. Could not recommend more highly!

We had a wonderful experience with All American Septic! Jason answered our emergency call immediately and was able to get us on the schedule within a few hours. The crew was prompt, pumped the tank, cleaned the filter and had us back in business very quickly. Their entire team was very professional and we highly recommend this company!

Our septic (pump system) alarm went off wed afternoon, i silenced it, but came back on. I called All American (as a prior satisfied customer) around 6:30 PM and a HUMAN answered my call, (when does that happen?). I explained our situation and was told they’d call Thursday. Sure enough i was called around 1PM and Tyler said he was on his way. He researched and discovered our problem. The system was around 25 years old and components naturally deteriorated. Tyler explained and showed me the parts needing replacement and WHY they needed replacement as he progressed thru the process. The completed job was clean, the tech was professional (never once did i see him on his phone as you see on any job site), and respectful when i had questions. From 1st contact to completion we’re 100% satisfied. if only we could get this work ethic in our government the country would be a happy place to live in again !!!

This guy’s incredible fast. I called 4 different companies and all of them was able do it on next day or on next week, but I needed asap. I called All American Septic, provide them general info and they call me 10 minutes later and let me know that technician will be there in couple hours. They arrived and explained to me what is going on pretty quickly and what services need to do. Septic was service in next hour. Again, incredible fast, nice via by phone and informative.

All American Septic is our favorite contractor in the Raleigh area! The crew members are both knowledgeable and professional. We use All American Septic to service our grinder pumps for our sewage system at an apartment complex. Staff members were able to develop a maintenance plan for the system, replace our old/broken pumps, and redesign our system to work in a more efficient manor. Their knowledge of septic systems is unmatched. They show up on time, communicate well, and don’t stop until the job is done. They even offer emergency services 24/7. One time in an emergency situation when our pump was backing up at 10pm, the owner came out to service the pump and get it back working on his own birthday!! Please look no further and give this company a call for all your septic and sewage needs.

We are not knowledgeable about the use of septic system. My husband contacted All American and were provided a lot of great information just over the phone, and they scheduled an appointment for us. They then were able to reschedule the appointment earlier to accommodate. Michael arrived on time, explained to me what was happening, and helped me understand what was going on with our system. He also explained that our maintenance of the system, which is much appreciated. I would just like to say I really appreciate the help. He was able to replace a distribution box, empty the tank, and clear the lines all within the timeframe. Hopefully we will not have any issues for awhile!

Our septic had to be pumped emergency style and when I called AAS they responded immediately on a Saturday and came to our rescue! Jason and his team worked hard to pump the drains, replace out septic pump and control panel and did it quick and super professionally. Jason then in detail went over everything with us. I seriously do not know what I would of done had he not answered the phone, without them. Thanks again Jason and team!
