A family-owned business, they have personally responded to my home on several occasions within an hour of my call. Their work is thorough, and they possess the expertise you might think only belong to the bigger companies. We have used other vendors and have been less than impressed in the long-run with their work ethic and their high prices. If you need work from electric, AC and heating specialists, these are the folks you want to call.

Oxygen has become a part of our household. When the electricity went out in only half our house and all outlets, I called West End Electric and, because of our situation and the compassion of one of the owners, Wayne came over shortly after. As it turns out, the problem actually belonged to Duke Power and Wayne also spoke with their customer service and, a couple hours later, all power was restored.
I will definitely trust Wayne and his company, West End Electric, with my electrical needs.

Professional and dependable. The quality of their work is excellent. They went above and beyond providing us with tips and pointers for the use of our new gas pack unit they installed. The price was less than we expected with all that was involved replacing the duct work under our home from the damage caused by the hurricane. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Great customer service!

Toilet sat too high on flange. Flange needed to be cut off and a lower one installed. They said they would take care of it. Pictures of work done. Would you be happy!!!! No place to post photos. Toilet leans back and there is a 1 inch shim right in the center front.

Job not completed but still charged for visits. Very disappointed with service and follow thru after a promising start. Be wary. As a followup to owners response, the shower part was not broken when you arrived and had never been worked on previously. I would never expect anyone to work for free but I do believe you should get what you pay for and the bottom line is we didn't. Bill was paid, job was never completed - new part was not installed and the shower still drips. FOLLOWUP again. My tendency is to let this go but to call someone a liar for their honest opinion on a public review site is unprofessional. The shower dripped which is why we called you to come out. I had ordered replacement part directly from shower company and even gave you the additional part after they sent 2. Shower still drips. Your worker could not get the shower part off so he drilled into the screw. My husband watched him do this. Take responsibility for your work.
