The first cleaning was okay, not stellar. They all smell heavily of cigarette smoke so after departure, my house smelled like cigarettes, not clean. I asked them to use my cleaning products and discussed the smoke smell. Cleaning #3: Today, two were here under an hour. Dog fur has been pushed around the carpet, my home smells like cigarettes and because they don’t make an effort to work around our WFH schedule, we were in meetings for that hour so nothing was done to the second story of the home. I really wanted to like you, Castleberry Cleaning, but you need to do better! Done.
