Jake and his crew did a wonderful job replacing my old brick retaining wall with a versa-lok system with steps and burying a pvc pipe for gutter. I really love it. He didn’t complain when I asked him to modify something I didn’t like so much. It’s great quality and reasonably priced. I would recommend him to others and use him again for other type of projects.

We had a failed retaining wall that caused multiple drainage issues to our property. Jake and Summit Construction went over and beyond to assist us with the water issues and retaining wall. He stayed within his estimate, time frame, and was a reliable contractor. I will absolutely be reaching out for future work.
