I needed a small job just to replace an outlet under my Kitchen sink that supplies power to my dishwasher and disposal. I had called other electricians and received much higher quotes. Rick at South Fork was wonderful, very friendly and professional. He called and arrived earlier than he originally thought and completed the job In just under an hour. I would highly recommend these folks.

Called their main office regarding simple installation of a light fixture over front entry door. They told me that a technician would call me back. Received call from technician Ken. Set it up for him to come by next day (a Thursday) between noon and 1pm. Waited home all day, no one came. That evening I called the main office and got the answering service. Told the woman, very specifically, what had happened and asked her to leave Ken a message to call me or come by on Friday regarding the matter. Same story, no call-no show. I guess that they had bigger fish to fry. They should have just told me that right off the bat.
