I attended one of their training courses today. The instructor (like all the Johnstone employees I’ve met so far) was super friendly and helpful!

Friendly and Knowledgeable staff. My experiences dealing with Justin Gilley Hutchins has always been pleasant. Just ask for him he is awesome.

Great johnstone location! Dale helped me out and even helped bring my things to my van. Quick and easy get in and get out. Would recommend.

Excellent customer service, by far the best prices and support compared to their competitors. They have a box truck with same day drivery. To me this is a game changer for HVAC service and installation businesses.

Nice folks behind the counter. Very helpful, very knowledgeable. Sometimes there is a line but they move quickly. Never had to wait long and if there was a wait they let me know I could come back and pick it up instead of wasting time waiting.

Guys went above and beyond to find me a part for an AC unit when they didn’t have to. On the weekend no less!

You can get all ur HVAC supplies here all in one whole stop . That's if they have it in stock.

Needed a mtr special order, called down and talked to 2 different people, finally went there a day later and it was like starting over, finally got the part 4 days later. I rec you go to RE Michels!

Don’t call unless your a license contractor they won’t sell to you. No customer service!

Just paid 440 for 30 LBS of 134a, was told that this is the new normal price because of covid, $120 a year and half ago. Left store after buying started calling around found out I was robbed by Johnstone. Every other company I called was 200 cheaper? So it did go up but you doubled the price of what it went up? This is wrong will never buy from you again.

Rude rude rude!! Called about 6in flex was asked if I had a account I said no the employee was quick to say no.then when I asked the employee if it made a difference he said I would have to spend$50000 dollars to get flex.thats just crazy. First johnstones I been to and had issues. Ill just go to Ferguson hvac from now on.
