These guys are nothing short of amazing! I was looking for someone to keep up the yard of a business and I got quick responses, fair prices, and the owner is a genuinely honest, professional, nice guy. I say give him all the business!!!!

They came out and totally transformed my yard!! I didn’t ever think my yard could look this good. They came out and trimmed the trees, bushes and pulled the weeds. They were super professional and respectful, they asked me what I wanted done and did exactly that. I will call them every time I need yard work done!

Our lawn hadn’t been mowed for about a month due to the last company rarely showing up, but Kevin showed up before noon on a Sunday, was super personable and took the extra time to weed whack around our fence and blow our front sidewalk, porch, driveway and even grass clippings off my car. My wife and I just bought a home in Winston-Salem but we haven't moved in yet. Unfortunately the sellers left the yard way overgrown and I wouldn't be there for a few weeks to mow it myself. I reached out to Yard Care Help and I am extremely impressed with their service. So impressed with the service and the value that I ended up hiring them to mow for the next 12 months. My original plan was 1 or 2 mows from this team and then I was going to take over once we moved in. The value they offered to mow it on a monthly contract for the next year was so amazing that I could not say no. Honestly cannot recommend these guys enough.

The guys are the greatest! They came out the same day I contacted them even though it kept them working until dark. They were very polite, helpful and my yard looks amazing! Their prices are very reasonable and the work they do is done with care and pride. I will be using them for all of my future yard needs as well as anything else I need done that they offer in their services.

I booked online on 8/25/20 and selected the first available date to have my yard mowed, which was 8/28, because my yard needed serious attention from all the recent rain. I received an immediate email confirmation that my service was booked. On 8/27, I received an appointment reminder for my mowing appointment for the next day. On what should have been the day of service, 8/28, I sent an email providing a description of my house, since addresses on the homes in my neighborhood are not clearly posted. I received no response to my email, nor did they ever show up to mow my yard. I never received a call, text, or anything explaining that there was a problem or even offering to re-schedule. I looked for them all afternoon, hoping maybe they were just running behind schedule. And nothing.

UPDATE TO MY REVIEW:

Damian called me 8/29 and said they were minutes away and could come and service my lawn. Upon arriving, Damian apologized profusely for what happened the previous day explaining that a problem with their appointment platform prevented them from receiving my actual appointment request. Damian and Bryce mowed, edged, and blew my yard and it's the nicest it has looked in a long time. They quoted me a great price and will be returning to service my yard on a bi-weekly basis. We may have gotten off to a not-so-great start, but I am really happy I made the decision to do business with them because they did a superb job! I recommend them highly!

**Edit: big bummer- they ghosted me after two years and left me trying to find a new lawn care company this year instead. I had to email more than once to receive a response saying that they will only do a certain schedule now, where as they were willing to work with me before. When I asked for clarification, I was ignored again. I understand the change in policy, but with the way the communication was, it left me in a tough position, because I was relying on them at the time. I did think so highly of them that I definitely hoped for clearer communication.

I was THRILLED to find a veteran owned company who is giving back to those who have served. I got two free services and they were very prompt and did an excellent job. I’m definitely going to continue my services with them.

This company is a fraud. Uses other companies pictures to boost his business. I highly recommend not using this company

I scheduled an appointment last week. No one showed up. I called, no answer. Texted, no response. It’s been over a week and still no follow up. Very disappointed!

Made an appointment online for last Wednesday at 11:30 am. No show, no call. Called on Thursday to see why and left a voicemail with no response as of Monday. Called again today with no answer. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
