Forsyth Rooter is wonderful! Prompt, efficient, responsive, and reasonably priced. I had called another service first and even they were like, “No, you need to call forsyth rooter.”

I’ve had great experiences with Forsyth Rooter. They are very responsive to calls and almost always show up within hours. Their rates are also quite reasonable in my opinion.

Fast, efficient service with friendly employees. I called and made an appt for the next day to have a kitchen drain unclogged. They showed up within the appt time and cleared the drain quickly. I was so relieved to have to the problem fixed. One less thing to worry about. 100% satisfied.

Steve and one of his lead men, came out to my fathers home when he accidentally dropped his wedding band down the drain. Steve and his guy were both true professionals and were very patient with my father as he explained what happened. They were very thorough checking the drain for his ring.

There’s never a good time for all your toilets to stop working, but it happened to us while our daughter was talking my wife for outpatient surgery! I called Forsyth and they were here in less than three hours and got everything working perfectly again. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional!

Actually showed up early. Pumped the septic tank in no time. The servicemen were very considerate and recommended l might want to think about installing a riser to make access much easier next time. He told me what l would need and how to install it, which we did the same day. Many thanks!

Robert and Canan dug and pumped our septic tank. We have owned this home for 25 years and had never known where our tank is and were worried about what condition it was in. They were very ept at finding the location and pumped it, letting us know there are two sides to it. We were fortunate to have no issues even though we had ignored it for so very long. They schooled us on proper caring and maintenance, what not to put in the system as well as what to add to for septic and root issues. They took their time, answered all our questions and really shared so much knowledge. We recommend them highly! They were very reasonably priced and we sure got value from their visit.

I own a local plumbing company and needed my septic tank pumped at my own home as this is not a service I offer. When I inspected the work I was thoroughly impressed! They were extremely responsive and scheduled quickly and did an excellent job. Will continue to recommend them to all of my customers who need septic tanks and grease traps pumped.

We had an issue in our home Sunday morning and called Forsyth Rooter. Their on call attendant was very friendly and helpful. We received a call back from the on call tech within 15 minutes. He was at our home within the hour. Lee was our tech that helped us out. He was very polite to my wife and myself. He worked extremely hard and was diligent to solve our problem. I would recommend Forsyth Rooter and Lee to anyone needing your services.

First time use of this service:
1. Timely service requested and received. Excellent cooperation with
office staff including appointment readiness needs (having to
coordinate with separate but related contractor work on our house0.
2. Equipment in good working order - no lost time.
3. Bobby (field lead) provided straight forward information as to process,
purpose and results. I learned a great deal and appreciate learning
how best to complete complimentary tasks that enable our storm drain
system to function efficiently.

Their willingness to help, their hard work, and professionalism was super fantastic! Long story, but Landon and Tommy went out of their way to locate and clean out an old septic tank (after an unnamed service had “located” the tank…in the wrong area). Saved us from having to cancel an event later that same evening. Landon even followed up the next day to make sure all was good. What a great customer experience! Thank you all so very much!! 🙌
