This company installed both of our units 10 years ago and the equipment is still going strong! I had a question about a thermostat that I was installing myself from the big box store and they were more than willing to help me out even though I did not buy the thermostat from them.. excellent customer service and very knowledgeable!

We returned from vacation to discover that our A/C was running but nothing was coming through the vents. When I contacted them the following day they responded quickly to my inquiry and even gave an estimated time they would be able to fit us in the same day. They called 30 minutes prior to arrival and were able to quickly diagnose and repair. Very thankful for them in this 90+ degree weather!

Advanced Comfort Concepts has been my "go to" source for repair, service, and new equipment for many years. Tracy and company have my complete trust to give solid advice and great service. We use them at our home and office.

This business was professional and extremely helpful in getting my AC working again. My 1.5 yr old Carrier AC unit stopped cooling properly and the manufacturer was stating that the part needed for the repair (TXV valve) would be available until mid Aug! I was shocked that I’m 2019 this could happen but, manager/owner Tracey came out and walked me through the process for expediting the part needed for the repair. I was hesitant bc other companies were stating that I would not be able to expedite this specific part bc they just were behind on manufacturing.

After countless hours of frustrating conversation and multiple companies providing diagnosis and charging for those I decided to put faith in Advanced Comfort Concepts to expedite this product and get my AC working again in the middle of summer. Tracey and his team received the part in 4 business days after the order was initially placed and we now have AC. Thanks to the entire team for being professional and helpful. Would recommend to anyone!

Tracy & crew always provide top notch service…. Been working with them for 17 years at my home AND business—and finally had to replace our unit last summer (🥵🥵🥵)… his team was punctual & efficient.

I have used these folks twice now. Tracy is an awesome knowledgeable guy who cares about his customers. Christmas Eve when nobody will help and it's cold as heck, he came out late and helped to get our heat going again. A bigger outfit said Wednesday was the soonest. Nope. Again someone that cares! They will find the problem and be there for the customer. Great company A++

Things definately are subject to change over time like anything. Be cautious with repeat service, especially when in need if you are freezing or hot in the dead of summer.

Tracy and his crew provided a great install and good service and we’re very prompt at returning phone calls in the process of purchasing and replacement of our existing unit.
However now that we have paid for a full unit replacement it certainly feels like since they have gotten our money on a big expense we are just not important anymore for the service side. We had an appointment that was a no call no show on their part and my voicemail to Tracy also went un-answered as I left a voicemail directly with him after a missed appointment. They lost a customer on this one and I was initially hesitant to post a review but figured it may save someone else in the future the headache. Just be prepared after you replace your system you aren’t going to be treated the same.
