I had an emergency response, and they arrived the same day. They discovered a leak in my AC unit and will be replacing it on Monday. I’ve been a customer of this company since it was Comfort Master, and I haven’t had any issues yet. The customer service and service reps in the field are excellent.

Orlando was amazing! He came in all smiles and friendly, fixed the upward jet stream leak under my sink in no time, and tripled checked everything!!! I am definitely going to use Blaze again AND request Orlando!!! No more jet stream leak!!!

Javier and Keyan were very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. They installed my ceiling fan in a timely manner and worked very well together. I’m very pleased!

45 minutes pass the Appointment time, but that's fine. Did a great job and Service. Cleaned the unit and checked all parts. He stated that I needed a new Compactor. The one that was replaced about 1 Year ago. He didn't know if the Warranty will be transferred to Blaze. The other company was Horizon Heating and Air conditioning Service.
Other than that I'm waiting on Supervisor text message.
