I would recommend Landen Heating and Cooling to everybody I know! When I called they came out that same day. I told Renee at the front desk that I would like for it to be done before my wedding and she went above and beyond to make sure it was done in a timely manner. Our new unit was installed couple of days after they first came out and it was in time for the wedding!

Carlos did a great job! He checked it out, then got approval to go ahead and clean unit so I didn’t have to have another service. He was thorough and explained everything. Great company!

WOW! I called first thing in the morning after noticing our air conditioning wasn’t cooling in my doctor’s office, located in Cary and they came same day at 11:00am. Up and running perfect! The guys worked really hard in the intense heat we’ve been having! They were professional and courteous! I work from home and they continued to work in the background and I never heard them! They were fast and efficient. They cleaned up everything and left the space looking better than it was when they arrived!

Great experience all around! I found these folks via Angie’s list; I was promptly contacted, provided a very competitive quote, and they came the same day. Fortunately they had my part in stock! Everyone was professional and a pleasure to work with from Vanessa (the owner, I’m assuming) to Reenie at the office to Carlos, the tech who came to our house and fixed our AC. Will absolutely use this company again; thanks everyone at Landen!

Lefter and his assistant were very professional, punctual, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to explain everything and the installation of the mini split system looks perfect - inside and out. They also left the area very clean when they were done, explained every detail of the remote and answered every question. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the respect they had for me and my home. Highly recommend Landen Heating & Cooling for any HVAC need you might have.

Excellent response to last minute service call due to unit failure. Luis is an honest, very knowledgeable/informative technician that dos not pressure sales anyone into something not needed. Just honest evaluations of your needs.

I've used Landen multiple times and I will always go to them to do a great job in a timely and efficient manner. Very high quality work, are very considerate of client property.

They've replaced my furnace when it needed replacement, my AC unit when it kicked the bucket, and now have replaced all of the ductwork in my townhouse. Each step of the way they were very honest about what needs top be done, very timely with there work, and have always improved the quality of life in the townhouse. In times like today where finding reliable and high quality contractors seems like a miracle, Landen Heating and cooling is a very rare find.

I was contacted by Jason at Landen literally only 2 hours after walking into Lowes in Jacksonville terrified about having to install a whole new AC unit. By the end of the day, I had been contacted by Renee and had an appointment set up less than 72 hours after initial contact. The three gentlemen who came to the house were clean, quick, and thorough, and I could not be more pleased with the service I received. I went into this whole process expecting a nightmare, and the team at Landen made it very simple and quick.
