Usually quite happy with 701 Cleaning. However, not so much the case at all this time. First, the cleaner they sent was not very thorough in finding things that need to be cleaned. Stuck pretty much to the more obvious things. But things that weren’t immediately visible she didn’t really bother with. Secondly I called the company to ask if they had received a payment off my credit card and to request they don’t send that cleaner again. Left a voicemail and got no reply so the next day I called again.. Finally got to talk to somebody who upon finding out that I wasn’t happy didn’t even ask why. I guess they don’t want my business anymore so that can be arranged the courtesy of returning a phone call goes a long way. As does asking why a customer is unhappy with the service they received. The lady didn’t seem to care though so neither do I.
