I had Ledgend electric no call no show on a monday leaving me without power and within an hour of calling northwestern I had someone at my house diagnosing the problem.

I had a circuit out and could not figure out why. Andrew came out and was courteous, professional, and very informative. He shared with me what he was doing and why and gave some awesome tips too. He was able to discover an incorrectly wired GFCI. I will definitely be using them again. Prices were very reasonable as well.

Absolutely terrific service. They were over to help me the same day I called. Eric was great to deal with. Kelly was there in 2 hours and even came back first thing the next morning after Xcel Energy had to fix something at the street before they could finish up inside. Couldn't recommend them more. I called and voiced concerns about my faulty outlets, expressed my fears of a house fire and asked for some one to inspect my breaker box. I was assured that their technicians would come and solve the problem. But on the appointed day, no one bothered to show. No one even called. Highly disappointed and still in fear of a house fire.
