Furnace quit on a 37 degree Sunday morning. I t/s unit and needed new ignitor. This company allowed meet up with tech to obtain part. Furnace now repaired. I'm very pleased.

A 5 minute phone call got my off peak heating system turned back on after an electrician inadvertently flipped a seemingly unrelated switch and couldn’t figure out how the system worked. Guy who answered the phone was super helpful and outlined how it worked which got me to find the switch and fix my heat without a visit. This was at 10 pm on a Saturday. Awesome!

My furnace stopped working in the middle of the night and it was cold out side. At about 7am I called these guys and I don't know who I talked to but he was in Bismarck and said he'd drive up if needed to Minot. Then he asked what was going on so I described the problem and he asked the model of furnace and new it so well he said "you can fix this, let me walk you through it", 5 min later my furnace was running. These guys are amazing I would recommend them to anyone.

My AC went out on a hot day in July. I called on a Sunday and they arrived in about an hour. The technician immediately went to work on my AC condenser unit and found in a matter of minutes my capacitor was bad. He even had the replacement in his van! He then checked all the pressures and stuff and had my AC working within an hour! I'm a first time home owner and had alot of questions for him. He answered all my questions with professionalism and enthusiasm! I will be using this company for all my future needs.

Had an amazing experience Mike came out the same day. I called him around midnight and had my ac fixed less than an hour. He knew what the problem was less than 10 mins. Thanks Mike for your professionalism and service. I highly recommend this place had 4 1/2 pounds of refrigerate added over all it was less than 400.00

Same day I called them, they were able to travel 60 miles out of Minot to service my furnace. Fixed it in a half hour. Price they charged me was only 60-70% of what I was expecting. Highly recommend them.

My AC went out on a Friday evening. Saturday morning, I called every place in town that claimed to be open on weekends, but had no luck. I figured I'd go ahead and leave messages with a couple reputable-looking places, hoping to at least take care of things right away Monday -- but North Central Service answered their phone, and were able to come help me out Saturday afternoon! I received the bill today, and pricing was really reasonable. So grateful!

After an abysmal interaction with Kevin's Plumbing, I called North Central at Connole and Somerville's recommendation.

North Central scheduled me for the following week after I called, and within 5 minutes of Mike being in our home he had the fireplace roaring. He explained that it needed to be cleaned, and as soon as he did it, it ignited like it was meant to. After it was clean on the inside he took the time to clean the glass, replace the metal coals, and even diagnosed an issue with the remote control (need an electrician to repair, but that’s beside the point).

North Central did in minutes what Kevin’s couldn’t in over a year. We paid Kevin’s for a diagnostic that was wrong, and we also paid HUNDREDS in extra electricity to heat our basement with electric heat while the fireplace didn’t work, all because it needed to be cleaned.
