Excellent service

I had an emergency on Christmas weekend and they were so wonderful and prompt to my needs

Great work ethic and availability in crisis and on a regular problem day! Good used appliance prices and repair.

Prompt service. I called for help that wasn't an emergency and he had someone come over in 7 to 10 days. That is pretty fast in my experience. Pleasant to talk to also.

Trespassing. Then threatens that what’s goes around comes around… my furnace will need repair in future. As if they only repair people. And my fault they blocked me from using my own driveway hmmm
My neighbor says no trespassing so they can’t either that’s why no using my drive way

Would not recommend at all . Company charged my mother for a service call after technician with "50 years experience " took over 30 minutes to realize the main breaker for the hvac was tripped . This is after he told my Mom she needed a new thermostat .
Of course the breaker tripped after he left , because that's all he did is reset the breaker . A 50 year tenured service tech . Time to find some new service techs .
*****By the way the next company that arrived fixed the loose connection AT THE BREAKER in 1 minute .

I have a plumbing issue as I write this review, I talked with Johnson's Plumbing this morning and started my problem, and the rudely said that I have to wait until next week, this is an issue that cannot wait that long, it is a health risk, by not having a working sink in the kitchen, I think whoever runs the place needs to send out a crew to the most important jobs first, but to her, it's who she likes, and I know I m not a customer she likes at all, if it's a $$$ issue, She will be paid the same day if not the next day!!! Things have to change with this, because this issue cannot wait, otherwise I'm calling the BBB on this place!!!! Wel the repairman finally came, about 45 minutes late!!!! Very disappointed
