I highly recommend buying any heater from great lakes radiant. Noah was my salesman who has also helped with every step of the way. Noah was fantastic! I had multiple questions over a couple months time before purchasing. He always took his time and was never pushy. He answered all questions and did some comparisons for me as well. When it came to shipping the item, there was an issue with the carrier (No fault of Noah's or Great Lakes Radiant). In the past I've had situations where the company would leave it up to me to figure out.
