All reviews for New Franklin Tree service

estimate was fair. Quality of service is well more than what we expected. They got the best wood In The Biz

They did more work than I expected. Not only cleaned up the branches from the tree removal but cleaned off the garage roof & cleaned up all the other branches & trash that were in the yard.

The work that I wanted wasn't done to my specifications

I recently hired Akron Tree (Aloha Treez, New Franklin Trees) to complete a project for me, but unfortunately, my experience was experience was extremely disappointing. Despite paying the amount quoted upfront, Akron Tree only managed to cut down one out of five bushes I needed to be removed. Months later we requested a refund, but they failed to respond to my messages and calls.

He claimed to be sick, yet I found videos of him “working” on social media during the timeframe he was supposed to be working on my project. I am extremely disappointed with Akron Tree (Aloha Treez, New Franklin Trees) lack of professionalism and communications. I would not recommend hiring them for any work as it seems they are not reliable or trustworthy, as they have failed to complete work for various customers in our neighborhood.
