By far one of the best heating and cooling business around. Very knowledgeable and will not scam you on fake work that doesn't need to be done. They fix what you need, not what makes them money.

After being told from Ammerman we needed a new unit or new coil I called These guys for a second opinion and they never once said we needed either of those instead he opened up the inside cleaned the coil and it has been running wonderfully since!!

A++. After an abysmal service call with a larger HVAC that accomplished nothing, Neil was able to diagnose, demonstrate and remedy the problem. This is who I would gladly go to for more costly repairs and upgrades. Nothing like a pro who knows there stuff and is upfront about everything.

Came home to a cold house, called Neal Batchler and described the problem. Neal showed up to our house a couple of hours later, quickly located the issue and got our heat back on. Very impressed and so thankful for the quick response. Absolutely recommend using Batchler Heating & Air. Thank you.

They did work across the street from me. While backing out of the driveway, they hit my mailbox and knocked it down. The gentleman on site came to my house, made me aware, temporarily fixed it, and promised to fix it permanently. In my head I thought, "Sure...nice gesture...there's no way this is getting fixed."

I had totally forgotten about it. Went out to my mailbox - saw there was new concrete around the base, and is back up. Bravo!

Accountability. Following through on what you say you're going to do. While I didn't use them for HVAC work, I probably will moving forward!

After my home warranty company quoted me a price of $1300 for my portion of replacing a variable speed fan motor, I was given Batchler's number from a friend. The Home warranty company said they were going to have to pull the whole furnace down and cut drywall to do it. Neil was able to complete the job in 2 hours without removing anything but the motor and only charged $663 .

Our AC compressor quit running. I called them on a Thursday morning. They replied within an hour. My furnace and AC compressor are nearly 25 years old. They didn't push for a new system. They repaired what we have. Very affordable. Did the repair from outside without us needing to be home. We're planning on replacing our entire system next spring. Batchler will be the ones I call.

If I could give 6 stars I would! We discovered our AC unit had stopped working as we were going to bed last Thursday evening. I called and left a message the following morning at 8:15. I had a returned call from Rob at 8:50 and Neil and crew showed up at 10:15. They discovered a cracked line had allowed all of the refrigerant to leak out. Neil was able to braze the copper line and fix the crack. The unit was fixed and cooling down to 50 degrees by noon. Unbelievable customer service!!!

AMAZING CONPANY. Scott and this conpany are amazing. Called him night before Memorial day and he came out at 9 sharp the next morning. He was very nice and presentable. He fixed the problem at a reasonable price and shared some knowledge about my cooling unit that was very helpful. This company will be the only company I call when I need a repair in the future.

Neal was very easy to work with. Our furnace quit working in the morning and by the afternoon he got us back up in running in a timely fashion. They will be our first call if we ever have any HVAC issues in the future.

Not sure if this is a real business.
